Dr Bisanga, 3223 fue, amazing experience
xabi86 replied to stinger99's topic in Hair Transplant Reviews
@stinger99 your write-up was great. I am myself thinking of having an FUE procedure soon - can I ask you what was the cost per graft with dr Bisanaga. Feel free to DM me. Thanks -
FUE for second procedure after FUT with Dr Rahal

@Djlazerblue - where have you heard that erdogan only does the incisions and nothing else. Isn't that the case with most of the surgeons? -
FUE for second procedure after FUT with Dr Rahal
xabi86 replied to xabi86's topic in Hair Restoration Questions and Answers
Thanks for your response UK lad. Yes i would be tempted to go back to Dr Rahal but from what I've seen and heard, he is the master of FUT. In regards, to FUE, I wanted to know who are the best in the business for that - I'd also prefer to travel within Europe as I'm based in London. Thanks -
Hello all, In your opinion who are the best FUE surgeons out there at the moment ? I'm looking to get some crown work done. I haven't been active much on this forum ever since mu last updates on my FUT procedure with Dr Rahal. I had 3581 grafts transplanted into the frontal third and I am very happy with the results but the look of my crown is depressing me I consulted Dr Rahal again but he is of the opinion that I should go for FUE as my second procedure as my scalp is tight and another FUT procedure may do more damage han good to my scalp i.e permanent pain and also wider scar. I completely trust Dr Rahal's judgement given the great doctor he is. I know Dr Rahal and Dr Hasson probably the best FUT surgeons out there when it comes to FUT and if it was possible I would've gone for another FUT but given Dr Rahal's advice, the dynamics have changed. Please let me know who you guys rate as the best in the business for FUT? Thanks a lot

.625mg Fin 2x week Tuesday and Fridays - my experience
xabi86 replied to hsrp10's topic in Hair Loss Drugs
Thanks for posting this hsrp10. I'm on the exact same regimen and it seems to be working for me as well. I had the same problem (side effects) until I dropped the every day dosage to switch to 0.625mg twice a week. -

@keeponplucking - In my view it is Dr Hasson and Dr Rahal. I had a procedure with Dr Rahal June last year and I found him and his staff top notch. One can't go wrong with either of those docs.

Yes it is possible for me to get 2-3k via FUE, however i just feel from what I've seen FUT produces much more of an ideal result than FUE. Also, I could always fall back on FUE once stripped out.

I use concealers occasionally but its just the thought of not being real

Hello all, I've reached the 7 months mark and here are the pics. Let me what are your thoughts. Crown is a serious concern for me. This area was not touched by Dr Rahal during the procedure as it had been agreed prior to the surgery. Will look to go for another procedure at some point for crown work. Thanks

Yes mate I am on meds (propecia and rogaine).

Thanks. I do see a difference yes, as I said I jst hope there is more improvement to come. Spoke to the clinic and Dr Rahal thinks that for further procedures if need be, I have 3000 grafts. Is that the normal capacity it someone was to have a second procedure or in other words is 6500 grafts the lifetime average donor supply of a person?

Hello all, Posting my 6 month pics. Let me know your thoughts please. I'd have liked a bit more growth/density in the frontal area, hopefully it fills up in the coming months. Cheers

Dr Rahal - 2,245 graft procedure FUT
xabi86 replied to mav23100gunther's topic in Hair Transplant Reviews
Great write up and mate I think you'll have a killer result given 2300+ grafts were implanted in a relatively small area. That hairline will look great in six months time. I've reached six months now as well, will be updating my thread shortly as well. -
looking forward to your results over the next few months. I'm nearly six months since my procedure with Dr Rahal
-
Concerning that no one has actually given any feedback on the 5th Month pics/update
-
Hello all, Here are my 5 month photos. I am now 10 days away from the 6 month milestone. Pls let me know what you think of the results so far. Thanks
-
Mate if you're words turn out to be true that i'll notice the difference/improvement within a week, I may just get ur ip address tattooed on my forehead ??

Thank you

Comparing 4 months to their 4 months that is
-
Hi, I'd just like to mention that I've been on fin before and ever since the surgery. I actually believe due to that, I've experienced next to nothing shock loss, guess I've been lucky, however, my donor did experience some shock loss but it seems fine now. And the few rahal patients I was comparing my results to are koreanboy and newhairplesse. Cheers

Thanks a lot for your encouragement. I did check in with the Rahal clinic and they are full of encouraging words as well which is what one would expect of them given they are world class. At what point did that "wow" moment for you? 5 months? 6 months?
-
Hello all, Here are the 4.5 months pics. Let me know what you all think pls. I personally feel that things could be a lot better especially in the frontal area as compared to others (Dr Rahal's other patients). Still a waiting game I guess. Thanks
-
Hi all, 3 month updates, some pics have been taken with flash. Starting to get a bit concerned about growth but I know its 3 months only. The reason why I say that is because I feel its my native hair only that have grown. Let me know what you guys think comparing these pics to the one's I've posted for the earlier months. Cheers

Getting excited to see Dr. Rahal in Oct
xabi86 replied to leftygolfer71's topic in Hair Transplant Reviews
Hello leftygolfer71, I had my op with Dr Rahal in June. Nearly 3 months now - obviously the hair is still to begin growing but I can't speak highly enough of the staff and Dr Rahal, so understanding and caring towards their patients. Very welcoming. I was nervous, in fact very nervous but as Dr Rahal said to me when I told him I flew in from London, he said think of this whole op/process as a flight and us being the flight attendants to look after you. Looking back, they were much better than the flight attendants . You're in great hands.
