  1. John Malloy: I keep seeing posts from you about your failed HT's. Can you please post pictures so we can see what you're talking about?
  2. I'm pretty sure Jamie Foxx did this. Google him for photos of it.
  3. Looks great! A very noticeable improvement, even though your hair was pretty nice to begin with. Congrats to patient and doc.
  4. Yomommyz: It sounds like you've hit rock bottom and I'm sorry about that. I think you should stick with Propecia and put the religious talk in the closet. No need for faith, just science. It'll get you further.
  5. The most amazing thing to be with this video is the end. Note how the person with the comb is having trouble finding the scar. Now that's cool.
  6. Phil: The date was Nov 18. From what I can tell, not many have fallen out at all. I think I'm due for them to start though...
  7. Yes, upon further inspection I noticed that gap as well. And there were no further photos of that side.
  8. Hi everyone, Just a quick heads up to let you know that I just updated my blog with my 2 weeks photos. Got my staples out! Feels great -- although some stung quite a bit. Check out the blog for the pics, link is in my signature. Take care, hair_me_out
  9. Nah, doesn't bother me. If anything, it makes it look more authentic.
  10. You can see an improvement here, it's kinda subtle because this guy had a nice mop to begin with.
  11. That seems kinda nit-picky to me. This looks like a very natural result. Did you think it wasn't?
  12. Raphael84: Phil? I think you have me mixed up with the other Hasson patient. Anyway, to your questions. I'm 28. When I say "aggressive" let me explain what I mean. I told him "Doc, do what you have to do. Be as aggressive as you think will make the chances lower of me having to return any time soon for a 2nd surgery." So, he filled in around native hair from the hairline back. I did not lower the hairline from my existing forelock. I don't mean aggressive going down, I mean aggressive going back toward the crown. I basically wanted Dr. Hasson to do what he thought was best and not constrain him with graft count $ because I'd probably regret that a few years later. So.... instead of just filling in the temples that had receded, he covered a larger area in between native hair as sort of an "insurance policy." As for the donor area, I was a little surprised that the scar was as wide as it is, too. But I have since seen another Hasson patient's pictures that were similar. He didn't speak specifically about this, but he did mention that he went a little higher with my donor area than usual. He gave some technical term that I've since forgotten, about why he did that. It was something about since I allowed him to shave my whole head that he was able to select the best hair to pull from. I really can't remember. Maybe Jotronic can add something about this? As for scalp laxity, I did do the Jotronic excercises for 2 full months, 30 min a day. Dr. Hasson said during the day-before consult that I had very good laxity. I didn't hear him comment on it on the actual surgery day, but given that they were shooting for 3500 and ended up with 3800, I guess it was average to above average. Hope this helps. hair_me_out
  13. *applause* This is one of Feller's top results. Congrats all around.
  14. Hi everyone, Just wanted to let you know that I just updated my Blog with one month pre-op photos and one week post-op photos (scabs, crusts, and all). The link is in my signature. hair_me_out
  15. By the way, you could have combined this with your previous question. ie. How long do I have to wait before I can beat the salami while lying down on my grafts? Sorry, I had to
  16. My doctor told me one week post-op is ok to start. May want to ask your doctor though just in case...
  17. HairHope: Is He gonna be able to get me that raise this year?
  18. Looks kinda bowl or bush shaped. CAn you make the hairs stand up instead?
  19. Looking fantastic thus far. I'm also a Hasson patient recently. Best of luck to you.
  20. Need more information. At what stage(s) are the photos? Really hard to make a judgement without additional info...
  21. Um, ok. Can you please provide better documentation? How far along are the pictures? 6 months? A year? Hard to tell what's going on without further exposition.
  22. Best of luck to you. I hope to track your progress over the next year and see that you are doing well. Hope the surgery goes great. See you around!
