I have been waiting for this day for almost 15 years. Looking to rebuild my hairline with 1000 grafts via FUE. Been on and off Propecia for about 10 years,rogaine for about a year. I would say i have been able to either grow back or retain 60 % of my hair from this. Lived with SMP for a few years.(Milena) and then also Hasson and Wong. Will post pics and a full report on how things go tomorrow. Hopefully i can get some sleep tonight

is it me or does it seem the grafts are too far apart?

buddy, i looked at your pictures, how come you dont use some sort of concealer to help with the situation, i dont think it looks horrible, a little bit of couvre and toppik would do wonders for you.

Hello all, I am scheduled for FUE on Feb 16th with Dr Jerry Wong, we are looking to rebuild my hairline with 1000 grafts. I have a few questions,i tried searching the forum but the information does not seem to be consistent. 1.How long do i have to wait before i can start working out after my surgery? 2.How long before i can use Toppik and Couvre?

Well I finally had my 3rd consultation in 10 years with Dr Wong and he has finally given me the green light. Initially because of my thinning donor area he did feel that I would not be a candidate however after being on Fin and Rogaine for sometime now he feels that FUE to restore my hair line will work. He thinks 1000 grafts will work for me. I decided to grow my hair back after having SMP for a few years, I just didn't like the bald look. I was the first person in North America to get SMP, originally from Milena(Beauty Medical) herself at Dr Fellers office and then a few touch ups at Hasson and Wong in the last couple of years. My surgery is scheduled for Sept 28 2016 and I could not be more excited.

Just curious if there is patients out there who have had successful transplants when they were originally told from doctors that they were not candidates? I wonder if certain top docs said no to you and then others said yes and it was successful. Hope this makes sense.

Currently using toppik and dermatch. The hair line still looks like crap. Tried couvre as well and it just feels and looks like paint. Anyone have any advice. I will load a pic soon.
