Mr Shane you have come along way..your result is look very good. On you next update can you kindly take few pics from top...showing your front/mid scalp. thanks BTW..I met Dr Bhatti few days back in Europe....what a nice guy, I was told that I need about 2500 grafts from front to mid scalp.

I finally met Dr Bhatti after 2 years of exchanging emails and phone calls. As some of you may know Dr Bhatti is here in Europe for Hair Transplant Business/meetings. Dr Bhatti confirmed our meeting a week ago for Sunday 22nd June, so within the week I had get all my questions written down and ready for the day. As Dr Bhatti was very busy I decided to visit him at his hotel for 10am. I must say meeting Dr Bhatti for the first time, he seemed very relaxed and very professional in his approach. I guess from this meeting I wanted to know what he could do for me and how many grafts I needed. He drew my hairline that I was happy with and advised me that I would need between 2000 - 2500 grafts, depending on how far I wanted to go back to my mid scalp, the density would be about 55-60 grafts per cm2. In whole our meeting lasted just under 3 hours, I guess no other surgeon would have given that much time. At the end of our meeting Dr Bhatti told me he had 2 more patients to see but he was running late as our meeting went well overtime. Dr Bhatti came over very caring honest and transparent. He answered every question that was asked with a calm and reassuring manner in the end I was extremely impressed. In my opinion I have seen his work on his website, patients posting their results here on this site and other sites and I believe he is one of top surgeons in Asia, his affordability in price and his quality of results. I have read posts that some people are not happy with his results but for me Dr Bhatti is doing a fantastic job…..this is my opinion.

You look much better looking face on, but looking from the top, you have lost more hair from mid scalp. Do you think you will have another FUE, have you got any more grafts left? Adding 1-2000 grafts would make your mid scalp look better. Have you had any feed back from Dr Bhatti from you new photos?

I agree I do like your donor area....no visible dots.

How is your scar with the FUE grafts added to it

I would go for option 1...get as many grafts at the front scalp. You will get shock loss, it doesnt matter when you have your second HT. Can I ask what Dr bhatti has suggested?

your result after 6 months is great in my opinion. you still have another 6 month growth to come yet. I think this is the time where your grafts will start growing.

Have you got any chest hair to use?

I did, but without seeing me face to face she cant promise if she can take out the old scar, if she cant than she will create a second scar!!!!

thanks hairytime I had FUT few years ago and I m very happy with my result. I have been speaking to Dr Radha for well over a year now in regards to my second HT. The only issue I have now is, if I decide to have another FUT I believe my scar will stretch this time around and that pencil line scar wont excess.

How is your scar, you got any photos that you can post before and after your ht

Adding more density will look so much better for you, but having said that you look so much better now after your ht

It looks fine from the picture. Maybe a close up will show us a better indication. You mentioned that you had grafts taken out from your lower neck area...so have you got anymore grafts left or is your donor area all gone.

I guess this is normal and your on track for full recovery with good growth
