  4. Hi Rod. Im glad that i can help others in their pursuit of getting their hair back. 2500 grafts will really give you a great look. Im looking forward to track your progress and i wih you all the best.
  5. Hi Lionman. Thank you for your kind words.I think that all the things you reflect on in your post post is correct. I have never heard of anybody receiving so much personal care before a HT than i did. I really needed a lot of care because i misjudged a lot of things in India so Radha really stepped up and helped me more than i could ever have imagined. And for that i am forever thankful.
  6. Hi Rod. Im really looking forward to see your result. Please give Radha my sincere greetings when you meet her. Tell her that i will hopefully see her soon. I know that she will take good care of you. Looking forward to see you "on the other side"
  7. You have chosen a great doc I'm sure you will be trilled with your result. Don't worry about that just try to focus on something else as much as you can. Her prices are really amazing especially when you consider the high standards that she keeps an the fact that she only does 1 surgery a day. I often think of Radha and I'm actually planning on visiting her again in 2013. I have also gotten a HT performed by her and my results are really kicking in. Im so confident that i will get a great result and you should be the same.I will be monitoring your progress.Happy growing
  8. Hi. Im glad that you found my tread informative. I cant recommend Radha highly enough im sure you will be trilled with the result.. You can ask me all the questions you want and you can do it her or via PM. I have just updated this tread so you can view my progress.
  9. 3 1/2 month update. Please keep in mind that about 20 % of my original hair in some of the transplanted area was lost because of its poor texture. So i have regained that and gotten some more. Many of the transplanted hairs has grown trough the surface but they are still short and my original hair is long so they are not so noticable. Im going to get my first haircut in about a year in next week. Its nice to finally have long enough hair to do that Im very satisfied so far.
  10. Stunning result. I do think that he gained more from meds than me. But im still very happy with my transformation
  11. I am a living proof that finasterid can regrow hair and minoxdil can too. It regrows hair in 4 out of 10. I cant remember in how many cases finasterid regrows hair but is also a good number. I advice you to get your facts right before giving advice about something. Please take a look at the pictures at my profile then you can see the dramatic change that meds have given me. I was a NW5 pre meds and changed to a NW3a after. Because OP is young and already is a high NW level there is a very good chance he can regrow a lot of hair. If he was 20 years older i would say that the chances was minimal. It could be that Umar is ethical in this case aswell then he just doenst know how minoxidil and finasterid works like you. I would think that thats just as bad. To OP research research and research. You have been getting a lot of advice in this tread that you should reconsider the value of.
  12. You honour H&W for their good strip surgerys. I would ask you to take a look at this users pictures. There is a good chance that if he starts propecia and minoxidil that he could manage with only head hair. In that case it would be a big mistake promoting dr Umar like you do. I understand that you only say in your post that he is the master of blending different sorts of hair ( i dont think hes the best in the world for that but thats a different discussion). In this context i think that your promotion will only get OP to think that he should go on with dr Umar which in his case could be a huge mistake. I also think that dr Umar isnt a very ethical man if he can propose 20.000 grafts surgery to OP if he havent adviced him to use finasterid and minoxidil.
  13. This is without doubt the best advice. Combine it with starting propecia and minoxidil and you would save a lot of money and get a much better result. Im not saying that Umar isnt a great surgeon just that Rahal and H&W are better and that body hairs wont give an optimal appereance,
  14. I think that Nizoral 2 % is the best of those shampoos. Especially if you already take a Biotin pill. Thats one of the ingredients in Revitas shampoo. I think that Nizoral can do some but not much alone unless you have dandruff. I think that when u use Minoxidil that its vital to use one of the shampoos as it helps keeping your scalp healthy much more than a regular shampoo. I am interested in hearing how bald the men and woman in your family are ?
  15. Hey Corvettester. I have never used anything that is not listed in my signature to prevent or reverse MPB. Im glad that i am the best case you have ever seen. Its always nice to get a compliment And regarding your NW judgements i think that you are right. I do think that i was lucky i started just after the year where my loss of hair had accelerated most. I had a lot of hair that appeared to bee lost but i think that it was just very damaged and that i was on the verge of loosing it. But i also noticed hair regrowth all over my head especially from finasterid so there were also a lot of hair that was lost. Finasterid, Minoxidil and Nizoral is the ones that gave me the most. I experienced quite a lot of side effects actually. Fiasterid caused libido problems, and a very severe paint in my testicels, tiredness, cognitive deficit and so on. But i have tried medication before that caused lots of side effects so i knew that it was a matter of time before i got used to it. That turned out to be right. Minoxidil caused me to sweat a lot more and rapid heartbeat (this is just in the hours after applying it), cognitive deficit, iching, red scalp. Like Finasterid the side effects decreased over time. I am now at that point that the side effects is close to none. I have decreased the frequency that i use Finasterid and Minoxidil. Inow only use Finasterid 3 x a week and havent lost any hair. And my hair is still getting thicker. I actually think that there is a good reason in trying only to take it 1 x week. I will try that sometime in the future. I only apply Minoxidil 1x a day now. There is really no reason applying it more for maintenance. Its virtually the same. I use H&S shampoo with almond oil instead of Emu oil now but both can contribute t reduce redness and itchiness from Minoxidil. I do think that my HT is coming along well. I can feel that many of the hair has passed my heads surface so its starting to get very interesting. I will post pictures next month.
  16. Hi. Thank you for your kind words. I do think that she have done a great job creating my hairline. I can tell you that you will get a top surgeon that will do everything to service you the best way she can. I could tell about her for hours. She gave me a treatment i will never forget. I cant recommend her enough. I received some pictures of past clients from her it included before/afters. If you ask her she will provide you the same.
  17. Subbu isnt online at the moment so i will give you an answer instead. At the moment her charges is 50 Rs. pr graft as you mention. The same prize as Madhu. But there is one major difference in the price. Radha only do one surgery a day at the moment. Where Madhu does up to 3 surgerys a day. So when you take that into perspective i think that Radha?s price is very very cheap.
  18. Some of the transplanted hair has now started growing again. Its not so easy to see so i will wait to the 3 month mark before i post any new pictures. I am starting to get a bit eager to see the final result. Waiting aint any fun
  19. You can take a look at the tread i created where i have described my experience with Radha Rani. She is a very skilled surgeon and she performs hairtransplants in Vizag India. I cant recommend her enough: http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/162096-my-hair-transplant-radha-rani-5-august-2011-a.html She is the same doctor that SUBBU got a hairtransplant from.
  20. On a 1-10 scale i would say that the pain level is approximately 1 1/2
  21. I like this transformation very much. There grafts are placed very smart.
  22. I would like an update on your second procedure with Radha.
