    Dont give up mate, you will find a solution. Try and keep in mind that your hormones are all in range, and that yes, you have a severe problem, but it will get sorted. Chin up.

    I do think people should think very long and hard about taking this drug to halt hairloss. I know many people are fine with it, but so many are having problems like yourself. I hope you can find some resolution to this.

    Not sure if you mentioned it or not, but have you had a full blood panel, and been refered to an endocrinologist? Finding out your numbers would help greatly in treating your symptoms.

    Yeah, sure was. My hair was about 1" long. You can see a slight ridge in the hair where their is a gap where it has been shaved, but only you'd notice.

    I had the Hep tests done at my docs (free) And i had the HIV done at the local GUM clinic. (?35 for printout of results) I just told my doc when he asked me why I wanted them doing.

    The ointment was used for a few days after I remember right, (on the donor scar), then let nature run its course. 3 weeks from the op, I couldnt even tell where my scar was. (without inspecting it visually)

    The right to voice your opinion is why we are all here, and why we read this forum, to get honest experiences and views from real patients. Legal action against people that level criticism against you is absolutely ridiculous. Hardly action that will attract business, I cant believe what Im reading on this thread.

    Yes, definitely buy that airplane pillow, makes sleeping very easy and worry free (from rolling onto the grafts). I used mine for a full week after. I dont think I would do anything different really, I followed all my instructions for pre/post op to the letter and it all went very smoothly.

    This really does all sound so overly dramatic its quite unbelievable. Edit: Thats not to say I dont believe it, but more that I cant!

    You really dont need months off! what size of procedure are you needing? or have you not got that far yet. So many good doctors to chose from, I went with who I felt the most comfortable with, previous work, recommendations and gut feeling. Im still very early days (3.5 weeks) but the experience so far has been nothing but excellent with Dr Dorin and his staff.

    It is uneven, but then you wont be keeping it that short, I wouldnt have thought. I really wouldnt worry, once its longer you can fully assess. Happy growing.

    Its really too early for me to say, as Im only just over 3 weeks out of my op. I had been on Rogaine for about 6-7 weeks before I had my procedure and was just starting to see some very very minor regrowth in one of my temples. I will stick with it, as its relatively inexpensive and only takes a few minutes to apply.

    I started back on it after 2 weeks as per my doctors instructions.

    Another vote from me, had my HT done there 3 weeks ago, cant recommend them enough.

    Thats just the thing, its nowhere near my hairline. I dont think sulphates suit me, I was exactly the same with Glucosamine. Just on forehead, same as before.

    Ive done a bit of fishing and it would seem alot of people have suffered with acne with it. Come to think of it, when i used Glucosamine sulphate, that did exactly the same.

    Ive suddenly got acne on my forehead which I havent had in years. The only difference to anything is about a week on Biotin. Anyone else suffered with this? Im going to drop it and see if they subside.

    Sounds good, but I wouldnt use Nizoral ever other day, alot of chat about this recently, and it can cause alot of shedding. I just use once a week, its DHT blocking capabilities should be taken with a pinch of salt though, I've never seen any clinical trials that show the credibility of this claim. I just like it as a deep cleaning shampoo for once a week.

    I know of about 4 people that use that site, and all is legit. They really are good apparently.

    Really feel for you there, hard not to have doubts after your past experiences. Just goes to show, no matter how good your doctor is, there are no guarantees for anyone in this game. Hope all goes well for you, keep us posted.
