Too many not so good clinics in UK all over priced, in all areas of cosmetic surgery outdated including HT and unlicensed practitioners in MSP..avoid David Campbell who messed me right up, an over wight unprofessional Kung Fu expert turned technician in MSP who used to work for NuHair London, a dirty seedy little studio, the kind of place where you would find a hooker, not a surgery or studio of any worth. I also found Maral on here and thank goodness I did, I am more than happy with my results to date.

Go for it with Maral, I am sold and the work on my head is nothing less than a miracle... I was advised by many surgeons I was a lost cause after 3 FUT, and not enough grafts left for donor. This was completely wrong, I'm now in my second FUE and some 6300 grafts later (2 procedures) with still maybe 1000 grafts left for final touch ups, the results have been fantastic, I cannot recommend Maral high enough. And, what with the price of 1800 euros per session with no upper limit, he must be one of the most economical surgeries around and my results are amazing given my limited donor area.

These are hardly reasonable responses from professional technician, who where clients seeks privacy and assurity of confidentiality. I am the patient not the surgeon or technician. A profssional should be above even my aptitude in response, but clearly this David Campell is intentionally abusing his position as a technician trying to make me look like a complete idiot. If David Campbell wants to respond about his work which he did on me ok, but the abusive retorts about my personal hygene, look etc is totally unwarranted and unprofessional. I ask that the entire post be removed with a note suggesting Mr Campell explains why the procedure did not work and why he left me in such a vulnerable position. I don't accept that his post should remain if for no other reason than using my name in public and making an extremely abusive and humiliating personal attack on myself, which excludes any technical response about the op itself. your consideration would be appreciated. I wonder how you would feel being operated on by a suregon or professed technician in medical SMP or any other surgery dressed like a Karati King in a kung fu outfit...who has no qualifications of note or give terrible results yet at great cost, this I'm sure would create great confidence in the patient:-)... albeit after much anguish I finally got a full refund, despite my painful procedure....he then responds as above, I'm the patient not the technician, I am the client and I paid, I'm entitled to be upset, If he cannot respond as you say, with a 'counter-argument' against my initial post then quite clearly he is not a man of integrity and neither is his business, who incidentally rejected all responsibility regarding his service as they said he was an independent service provider renting a suit at this dump Pig hole of a premises.... Ive contacted the Moderators about the shocking breach of client confidentiality by this charlatan David Campells public exposure of personal information. I hope the moderators remove this disgraceful post by David Campell ASAP or in the very least remove the names of the patient he mentions. I have also contacted the UK Police to have this investigated as it is Illegal to breach client confidentiality regarding medical matters. I've taken screen shots of the post and will be using this as evidence to have David Campell Prosecuted over failing to protect confidential information under the data protection act and breach of client confidentiality. The Police in UK take these matters very seriously.

I will not respond to the thread, apart from I still keep to my story, once again this so called SMP surgeon has broken confidentiality by using full names in public, and lying to boot, just goes to show what kind of unprofessional person he is. You can all decide for yourself about the results and the horror studio where it took place (take a look at it). He was dressed in black like that sour ferryman that poets write of unto the kingdom of perpetual night...in a jogging suit and woolly top, I thought I was going to Hell not from his karati expertise but from the anguish of the failed MSP..:-) I've previously mentioned on here that eventually I got all my money back. He did infact show signs of being a bully and possible fraud when he threw the money in an envelope into my face and told me that was all I was getting....I'm afraid that didnt work with me. I was not afraid and stood my ground against this sloath and told him exactly what I thought of his work and business. The only response I got after this was begging me not to expose his dirty work the authorities and health and safety in his local area. I don't take to intimidation kindly either....If his professionalism is based on my experiences including his response to my post and throwing personal insults while trying to wriggle out of this dilemma of his then PLEASE AVOID THIS Shylock and Quack where at all possible.. All I can say is that I am so so happy I got away without having to have corrective surgery yet, but the blobs still show on my head like large BIRO PEN BLOBS... All previous operations I have had with HT have been in amazingly healthy clinical well presented studios despite whatever results came form them, This PIG STY of NU Hair and the pig Himself looked like a PIG stye.

Well done, I reckon you will require another op in the future to smooth things out, I believe 2 ops no matter how many donors you have will always help give a more refined finish especially on the front line...Wish you all the best... but remember, as you get older you just may need further procedures...

You are welcome and I want you and everyone who has had a HT to be happy and get great results, after all that's why we have had HT and this forum has helped me find the right surgeon. I'm far from being an expert and have made mistakes along the way, my personal opinion is that the hairline is too low, but if you are happy that's all that counts...as you say 'be honest', even recently with the madness of SMP in London I made a big mistake out of stupidity, so we seem continuously to live and learn. I think that if there are no signs of grafts after 12 months unlikely to have any more grow....maybe even 9 months, this is my experience...though some do advise to wait longer, but waiting longer I think allows the hair to thicken rather than new hairs to grow... 3 hours is nothing regarding travelling to a doctor, I travelled to USA from UK on more than one occasion to have corrective surgery, and again to Istanbul so, travelling for me is not at all a concern, so long as I get the desired results. I do wish I had your donors though:-) you have plenty by the looks of it... I hope everything works out the way you want it... Don't be afraid of using another surgeon if you need, don't rest on your laurels or pride, go to the surgeon you think can deliver the goods. Given my limited donors I am satisfied with results so far from my recent procedure after doing a lot of research to find the right surgeon. I don't believe anyone could have done better, and for sure, many could do worse. I really do wish you well to get your results aside... I keep getting corruptions on posts, there are some technical issues with this sight that never seem to get resolved.Anyone else have problems posting? Always corrupted content errors....

I believe Farjo Clinic in Manchester also hire Lorenzo for the operations, I had researched this about a year ago, I was considering to go here, but considering Lorenzo's own clinic is in Madrid I do not know if it is legal or not, but for sure, people who have operations here pay for also the Clinic commission and Consultation FEE of I think 100 or 150 UK pounds. Also Lorenzo's students are opening new clinics in other countries, so are all of these recommended ones already?

Ive heard of all this and while some may or may not be working for others, I have heard that trolls just love to destroy, and a I am a customer of Marals and happy at this time this endless abuse is completely unacceptable on here and I am also about to end my membership, I did not sign up for this pathetic childish immature attacks directly or indirectly against against happy clients and competent surgeons, Make a point and move on is my motto. I wonder why the hair line is so low, you have a good head of hair, Unlike me you have lots of good original hair on your head I would have thought it much more sensible to strengthen the existing hair line and save donors for future use... you will need them as you get older. I think Rahal should not have proceeded with this with such a low hairline...especially with FUE when donor grafts can be used selectively. 1st FUE: -most extractions were done by a lead technician, who was very new to FUE extractions/learning, some were done by the doctor This is worrying.... I wish you well with your procedure.

Rahal's practice, and multiple surgeries on the same day, doctor attending other surgeries, all technician extractions and implantation's, new faces, new-training technicians..... It is known that this practice is common for all recommended/coalition physicians and those physicians are mostly not plastic surgeons. I think Maral deserves membership more than the others. I experienced him and his team, his practice and ask this to KO, BUSA, Charlie; did you have any experience with Maral and his team? Doctor was also attending other surgeries. -the Harris SAFE punch system motorized tool was used. .8mm punches were used, some at .9mm supposadly -doctor made incisions -2 technicians placed grafts (one technician was new to Dr. Rahal's clinic from US, white) and one was an older Asian lady -1 other new technician was holding, passing grafts to these other techs, rising the operating table chair, up and down and positioning. -more than one surgery was going on -clinic was small to mid size , 2 - or maybe 3 operating rooms? 2nd FUE Repair -the same lead tech from first procedure was extracting my grafts about 60% and doctor did the rest. this time he did seem to be more confident, needing no instruction. doctor again was attending to other surgeries. -the same FUE motorized extraction tool was used, .8mm punch sizes used as confirmed by clinic (like last time) -doctor made incisions -for recipient graft placement, did not see same new white technician from US from last time, other then the two Asian ones, and another newer face from last time, -the younger Asian one that rose my chair up and down last procedure seemed to be partaking in surgeries now -this clinic is a lot bigger, more than 3 operating rooms, a lot more techs working there, some newer faces. -more than one procedure going on same time as mine -definitly less backbreaking for me as I didnt have to be in the chair for such a long time, but again this is a streneous procedure to go through

Where the F... do I start. I am in Shock...........BEWARE of this dirty seedy dump of a clinic purporting to be the one of the best... I should Kick myself at the stupidity of myself. Ive been on here for a long while.. I've had several procedures and one recently with Maral for FUE, I believe it is a success. I decided to have SMP and researched some London clinics. I chose Nu-Style Hair Centre 132 Woolwich High Street Woolwich London SE18 6DS I am in SHOCK.. BEWARE don't use this cheap nasty dirty little clinic. Another bad choice for UK. My hair was growing well and looked very well before I proceeded with SMP with this dirty unprofessional IDIOT I have had good progress with my FUE from Maral Klinik, Turkey which was done some 3.5 months ago.. as in my links with photos, I have also attached a foto of my hair growth when wet the evening before I began the SMP procedure at Nu Hair. My God, I wish I had never had it started. I arrived at this seedy hole and even then had second thoughts, but for some unknown reason I allowed this SMP procedure to continue despite immediate reservations. The guy looked grubby, The studio is a PIT of hell, and the place is generally a dump of the lowest order a tiny cubicle in a room looking more like Sweeney Todd. Do NOT GO TO THIS JOINT. WTF I continued I will never know. I made a big mistake... One over weight fat scruffy dressed guy, no clinicians or staff empty shop... F****K We discussed my wishes before I arrived and also at the consultation on the day of the procedure. After agreeing colour match for SMP we went into the pig hole of a room and discussed that my head woudl be shaved in order to have full SMP so if I wanted to shave in the future, there woudl be no problem in doing so. I was advised I needed 2 sessions of 3 hours each. Total 6 hours over 2 days. 11th September and 15th September 2014. The clinician David Campell proceed to shave part of my head top and sides and we discussed the scar I had from left to right from previous FUT's, which was to be exposed and covered using SMP. Remember I don't have eyes in the back of my head and My entire trust was in this Asshole of a freak. Head shaved at what I thought were appropriate areas he proceeded to begin with SMP, Not cleaning my head with any surgical spirit and or washing it before any procedure. WTF I allowed this I will never know, go on ridicule me, but sometimes we act and make mistakes. He begins the SMP procedure and gradually goes from back to front with what I thought was total coverage from scar to 1 cm behind the hair line. 3 hours later, I think the first session is done.. he puts Vaseline on me head and I go home and take a look at my procedure carefully. Here's the rub.....No pain, and a strange sensation that nothing has been achieved. I look carefully in a magnifying mirror and see almost NO work, No, dots either on my head or in the scar. I see one or two dots which look like SMP but I'm not sure. So I take photos (see below) and enlarge them and I still see no ink SMP dots, but only red areas in patches. I begin to break out in a cold sweat and wonder WTF has gone wrong.... I THEN check again my scars on photo and the w****ker has only missed entirely the sides of my scars. He had not shaved down far enough to see the sides of the scars, so the two sides were not yet exposed and the only area that was visible is the line along the back of my head where there are a few dots of SMP. I have a member of family try to see if there are SMP dot son me head anywhere and they cannot see anything apart from red patches. So, I'm now sweating like a B**STD wondering wtf Ive just paid ?1500 for, I send a full email to David Campell and stress my concern. [Hello David, Overview SMP procedure. I have reviewed the work yesterday and have some serious concerns. I checked the work in the mirror and on a cosmetic mirror which enlarges the image. I first found it difficult to see what work had been done. Last night i slept with concern that the SMP procedure seem to have failed to have any result or value. This morning I took several photos and further investigated the scar. I noticed that I could see no scar on left or right sided where you had shaved and supposed to have done the SMP Work. I felt this was strange and shaved more of my hair away and discovered both blobs of ink in the hair and that both sides of the head where the scar extends had NOT been worked on at all and that the scars are still visible. Only YOU could see where the scar needs to be corrected and you have failed to even find the scar.. I am extremely disturbed by this discovery. It is a total failure on your part. It should not have been difficult to follow the line of the scar to repair with SMP. This work is absolutely unprofessional. The entire scar is extremely visible and looks as though almost nothing has been done. or that the work which has been done has failed., Further I notice that the top of head lacks any density and that there appears to be bad result sof ink being transferred to the head. I need to speak with you urgently and discuss what needs to be done. At this stage I am entirely unsatisfied with the work. I am extremely concerned given that I have paid in full and that you assure me of a full SMP head procedure which at this moment has almost no effect. Currently I am left with very little faith in the results of your work. I need to be calmed down and assured that this SMP procedure will work. In fact I am very much leaning toward a full refund. We discussed this on several occasions that your head was good, from what see of my wok it is terrible to date. I am of the opinion at this moment that the work is far from professional despite me having to suffer the process of SMP with further work planned as agreed. I'm of the mind to take a full refund and go elsewhere at this stage to avoid any further physical pain in the HOPE that you might achieve a satisfactory result.. This has left me in complete shock! regards] I then call him and after several calls finally he returns my call on the Friday and we discuss in detail the situation. I begin to realise I have found a totally unprofessional clinic. I agree to meet him Monday for a 2nd session so not to let him know that Im actually going to meet him to get my money back and not have further procedures. I arrive today and discuss with him the total shock and horror of this event and demand my money back. he denied that his work is bad and denied that there was an issue which is also unbelievable in vie wof the evidence before him.... Well, you guessed it, He woudl not give my full money back and was in Abject denial of his bad work, but I managed to get ?750 and then in not so many words I told him and his business where to go...I will be following a legal route to get the remainder of my money back. Thank goodness I don't think I am either scared or damaged in regards to any visible signs of bad SMP because there is almost NONE to see. I would never advise anyone to use this shady dirty seedy little dump of a hair studio, and I am not exaggerating... It is a place straight out of Sweeney Todd. I am contacting in the near future HIS, or Vinci or other better qualified studios to have further discussions to see what they can do regarding SMP... Its like I've been on some psychotic Island with a madman for a clinician. If anyone knows a great clinic for SMP I would be interested to know. HTF I got to this stage I will never know, but maybe I'm panicking and taking decisions too fast after my FUE with Maral Klinik who are like Gods compared to this Dirty cheap SH*t hole NU STYLE HAIR I was in.... great - looks good, you will need 2 more surgeries for sure, consider FUE, this si a less invasive procedure for future work.Looks like you have lots of donor area available

Update. I am booked in for SMP in Woolwich London, Talked to the owner via skype and had an informative and genuinely good experience with discussion as to the way to proceed with SMP.. The first decent consultation I have had since I first began hair restoration in UK. Nu-Style Hair Centre 132 Woolwich High Street Woolwich London SE18 6DS 0208 854 1622 07429 605 201 Will let you know and send photos when the job is done. He will asses me on the day and my hair is 2cm long currently, I was told that the work could be done keeping the hair length. But we will make final decision on day. I want to wear my hair longer rather than shave the head. The work is to cover any thinning areas and to compliment the work I have had done so far. I plan another Surgery in Turkey in a few months.

Hi, Thanks for the advice. My intention is to grow my hair as per my profile Photos - I usually wear my hair medium length and there is a lot more hair than on these photos. I'm 3 months post op so Im hoping there will also be and there is to date, more hair than 3 months back, just that it is very short currently and its only 3 months P op. At this stage I stil intend to proceed, although I know its a long shot, but then I'm willing to live with it, as I would rather hair darker area under or around my head than showing light skin colour. If you look at my photos in my Bio and or profile you will see the hair cover quite well considering. Im hoping this new op I've had and a further procedure will ony enhance the look. :eek:

I forgot to mention I have been wearing a hat since the operation, I don't suppose this helps. I will reduce wearing it as much as possible. I now only have one spot. I am also stopping using minoxidil until after my SMP procedure. But will continue with my Onion Juice therapy. Will increase to atleast 3 x weekly for 30 Mins. I shall if necessary cancel SMP (due to take place on 11th September) if there is a continued occurrence of follicular problems.

Ok (Ladies) and Gentlemen, Im booked for full SMP in September -I think I have found a good SMP clinic actually in London...Nu-Style Hair Centre - South London. Ive seen samples of the work and its looks ok. I had a skype consultation and I am assured that the job will be done well. also the price seems reasonable. Colour of SMP will be decided on the day. This is to give some extra density to my recent hair and hair procedure. Its early days for full review and results on Marals work from May this year but I need to move forward before I'm too old to care anymore. I'm also looking at a second procedure with Maral for the crown in October. So its all guns blazing. In for a penny in for a pound as the old saying goes. So far, I'm happy with what I see growing from my May procedure. Minoxidil - Ive had several spots (10) on crown appear on my head which have required bursting. (some white puss is released) I can only imagine this is chemical from Minoxidil. Not big but big enough to concern me. Ive never had these spots before in previous procedures, so I can only put it down to the Minoxidil - Has anyone else had spots caused by Minoxidil? - I'm definitely not sold on Minoxidil as yet and will give it max 12 months. If no results by then I will stop using it.... and if the spots continue, I might ditch Minoxidil earlier.
