So I have hat head - that ring around the head from the hat. Tomorrow I will shower and take photo's right away. I was linking this photo album to Hair Loss Help, but the owner made me take it down. He stated that this site doesn't allow links to that site and vice versa.( I cannot say if that is true or not..that is just what I was told.) To get so many grafts, how long were you doing the scalp exercises? I will have roughly 1 month at 30 minutes a day by the time I get my surgery. I will be going to H&W also. I did the scalp exercises for about 16 months, 4 to 5 times a week. I thought it was longer than that, but checking my calendar it was 16 months. But I didn't do it 30 minutes at a time, roughly 10 to 15 minutes. Notice on one side where I had the shock loss it still is a bit red and the scar is somewhat noticeable. I would say though that you & I know where to look and are looking for it. Where as the everyday person doesn't have a clue. Scalp tension is relaxing. Scabs are 99% gone along the scar. My wife says the scar looks fantastic and hardly noticeable.
