I’m still waiting on the report and forgot how many he placed in each area, though I do believe I had a bit more placed on the crown since my hairline was already fairly strong. With that said, I do see that you’re only a little over a month into your recovery and might currently be in the shedding phase. I would remain hopeful. In the end, you may decide that you want a second procedure, but you should wait awhile. Especially for the crown. According the post-op document we get, the crown can take up to 18 months for final results. In the meantime, I would consider revamping your current supplementation and treatment. I saw you were on .5mg finasteride. The most common amount prescribed is 1mg, so you might not be reaping the total benefits. I’ve been on it for 6 years and it saved my scalp. You should perhaps talk to your doctor about upping the dosage. Also, are you taking any supplements? I’m taking collagen, l-arginine/l-citruline, minoxidil, biotin, and a multivitamin. Once I’m healed up enough, I’ll also ask about using nizoral again. These help with skin, blood-flow and overall hair health. I think you should consider looking into adding some supplements, after discussing with your doctor first, ofc. In any case, I’m wishing you nothing but the best of luck. Been 2.5 months now since my transplant at FUE Capliar in Istanbul with Dr. Turan. Here are some picks. I think I'm done shedding now and starting to see some regrowth.
