Minoxidil plus Tretinoin - notice the difference??

So I'm in my 3rd month of using minoxidil plus tretinoin (which is a form of retinol).

Its supposed to grow more hair than MX alone.

In the last 2.5 months I've grown a few hundred hairs, mostly around the crown.

My question is can you guys tell, or is there not much difference??

Did your hair get darker? I would suggest to continue using the combo for 3 more months.

Very difficult to tell, because Different lighting conditions. But for any medications you need to give at least 8-10 months to see how it responds

I think two and a half months is too early. Give it six months and compare your baseline pic to a six month pic. Better yet you could consider oral minoxidil. It goes systemic by passing through the liver and is a lot less messy and easier to comply with. All the best.

I will post updates every 3 months.  I still have another 9 months of growing left to do.

The new MX hairs seem to come through thicker and stronger.

So far I'm very pleased with the results

I tried oral MX but side-effects were too much.  I had to abandon the project
