Honestly your hair looks great. I wouldn't even think for a hair transplant in your case.

2 questions first:

Have you been diagnosed with MPB?

If yes are you on medications?

Please remember surgery is always the last resort and if both answers to the above questions are yes you should be looking for doctors capable of doing your hair type.

You will need medication to prevent further surgeries down the road and ensure you don't receeed any further or lose more hair. A good doctor will likely give you a detailed look for what to expect when starting medical therapy.

But it's always important to go back to the first question and ask if you have mpb at all which once again comes back in getting a good 1 to 1 with a professional specialising in MPB cases.

You need to keep taking so you can protect your native hairs from falling out. Transplants will merely improve on what you have but they won't stop you from losing any further, that is medication's job.

If Finasteride is not improving your hair but stabilizing it then that means it’s doing its job. I personally don’t see hair loss that warrants a transplant (not from these pics anyway). I would look at Dr Bisanga and Dr Mwamba for Afrocentric hair. However I would give Finasteride a good twelve months beforehand. All the best.

At this age and with this type of hair you really dont need a hairtransplant. I mean where are you planning to put these new hairs because you already have a full head of hair?

I'm sorry to give you the bad news but when it comes to MPB it doesn't really matter if you wet your hair in the shower or not. If the 5AR enzyme ever finds your way to the AR receptors In your folicles, that means your hair will go off at some point regardless of the daily care you give it.

I once thought that using a specific shampoo caused me hair loss then I switched and it only got worse. Switched it again until I realized that the issue was way deeper than I thought. Don't make the same mistake, stay on course and protect yourself from the need of getting a surgery if possible. Give 1 or 2 years to meds before commiting to surgery and listen to what @Gatsby said.

I echo what others have said. Your hair looks great, no need for an HT.

"Took", as in past tense? Or are you still taking it? You need to stick with finasteride long term to hold onto your hair.

You seem to have a full head of hair and don't actually need a HT. And I wouldn't recommend any clinics in Turkey for Afro hair.

I have to be honest that it would be a huge mistake to have a hair transplant. Even if you want to lower your hairline in the future it will not look natural. Stay on the medication. You have dodged a massive bullet of lifelong regrets finding this forum and not going to Turkey. I know this is not what you want to hear but you have to trust us on this.

Still your hairline looks perfect to me. If you are thinking going to asli tarcan probably you are about to make the biggest mistake of your life, they are probably the worst hairmill in turkey right now. they steal your money, destroy your donor and give you a hairline where you would wish you could go back to the way you looked before. This is a small example of their work:

Just to let you know there is no doctor watching your photos there. These are all salespeople working on comission.

Your hair looks great and most people with hairloss would kill to have your hair. Sometimes you think you want something better and with the wrong decisions you end up with something that is worse or that you dont like. I really believe that at this point you are not a candidate for a hairtransplant. Stay on medication and enjoy your hair. In the future if your hiarloss progresses you might want to consider a hairtransplant but proceed only after you do a throughout research on doctors and clinics. This forum is a great source for this but you have to take your time and see as many results from different doctors as possible.

This is a case from HOI, again a hairmill i would recommend to nowone:

If you do a proper research you will find a lot more cases like this. You might get lucky and belong to the 10% of the people that are going to these clinics and get a decent result or you might get your head destroyed. Again a hairtransplant is not as simple as you think and you need to do a proper research for this. If you just looking for something cheap and you are fine to become the guine puig having 20 year old technisians learning on your head you can go on with it. But you should know that you are putting yourself in a dangerous position too, even getting disfigured. If you are ok with that and you can handle this situation you can go on with it.
