They could be blackhead pimples, have you asked the clinic?

the turkey clinic told me to use fucidin antibiotic cream last week

i've been using it until today but the large pimple is still there and not showing recovery signs

then they told me to check with a dermatologist

my appointment is on Saturday

i think the large black holes are ingrown hairs trying to come out

You should reach out to a dermatologist.

If I were you, I couldn't help myself and would pull it out with tweezers.

I pulled out some of the hair that had not fallen out in the shedding phase and was sticking out from the scalp

would pulling the hair damage the hair follicle and result in the pulled hair not growing again?

Not at all. You cannot pull the shaft from the scalp at this stage of your recovery. And I was doing same with some stubborn hair that didn't want to shed on their own
