shame on Dr Resul Yaman clinic

i requested a dr video consultation. the clinic agreed but stood me up twice with bullsh*t excuses. don't trust them. no wondering the clinic had bad lousy reviews recently.

first agreed Monday morning 9am PST time, no show up.
confirmed Tuesday morning 9am PST time, no show up again. 

what a joke.

I had same thing with them around half year ago, was ment to call me on agreed time but never did.

Thats a bit wierd actually, since all patients of the clinic did not have any complain about communication with the clinic, and one patient asked a video call with dr yaman and she said they were very responsive as you can read on the thread below:

"I contacted the Yaman clinic and communicated with their team using Whatsapp, sent videos and pictures of my hair where they provided an assessment and then scheduled a video call with Dr. Yaman. They were always very responsive. I got all the answers I needed and scheduled my procedure for October 2nd, 2023."

Missing appointments was a red flag for me and what initially scared me away from going with Dr. D****. However, based on their reputation, let's hope this was a one-off occurrence.
