What's the most important step in the hair transplant

I understand for an individual this entire process of hair transplant and all of the phases including planning, designing, slits, implantation is all important but with the trend emerging that lead doctors only get involved in the planning/designing and slits and then techs taking it further what should one consider as the most important step?

I think the answer depends on what’s considered most important - survival rate, design, extraction pattern etc.

I think for most of us here, all steps are the most important.

Research, research then further research. The second most important part in the whole process is patience. This second step coincides with the first step of research.

Never set a deadline line, do a detailed research, don't go to cheap hair mills, and trust the clinic you choose.
