  1. This pic looks amazing brother. I'd be smiling like this too. Impossible to tell you had anything done from this picture. Hairline density not too packed or sparse.
  2. Sorry for results. I would never go to a clinic place where all the work is dictated to techs. Hopefully you get minor improvement at the 12 month mark and get a free touch up and/or reimbursement. For 20k, they should give something back if you don't see amazing results.
  3. For me, the without fibers pic looks really good. Walking down the street, I wouldn't be able to tell you had a procedure. I'm consulting places to repair a hairline that's too thick and strong right now. I want a transition zone similar to what you have.
  4. I think the answer depends on what’s considered most important - survival rate, design, extraction pattern etc. I think for most of us here, all steps are the most important.
  5. Its a tablet you can get prescribed from your doctor or a dermatologist. I had a similar thing happen as well. It was like 100 hairs on my pillow whenever I woke up. My family history showed very little sign of MPB. But my hair was thinning prior to the big shed but it wasn't nearly as fast as my big shed it. At least for me, finasteride reduced the shed to like 2-5 hairs from 100. Your shed may caused by something different than mine since you never experienced any kind hair loss prior but I would first to try and see if it works for you. You can also try Ketoconazole shampoo as well.
  6. How was your experience overall? It looks really good to me. 👍
  7. I started oral recently but still continuing with topical. I havent noticed a difference yet
  8. It looks tood to me bro. It took me several back and forths to even see what you were talking about.
  9. Im not an expert but I would say, move the non single hair grafts in the front further back to fill in the density and replace it with thinner single hair grafts spread out across the front. I don’t imagine many people wanting to do this.. so you can also add some thin single hairs to the front and use toppik to fill in density
  10. I’ve experienced this window but the grafts were extracted improperly in my situation.
