Senior Member TorontoMan Posted May 15, 2023 Senior Member Share Posted May 15, 2023 Its possible I suppose if your Estrogen levels were high to begin with and the small increase that fin gives pushed you enough to gain a little
Administrators Melvin- Admin Posted May 15, 2023 Administrators Share Posted May 15, 2023 Has your diet changed? Are you exercising regularly? 9 pounds in a month is a decent amount of weight. My guess would be your caloric intake has gone up considerably. 2 I’m a paid admin for Hair Transplant Network. I do not receive any compensation from any clinic. My comments are not medical advice. Regular Member Cycle Posted May 16, 2023 Author Regular Member Share Posted May 16, 2023 So just clarify I’m still in great Shape and go to the gym daily , I’ve asked other places and yeh there are others that have experienced this as well. I work out 7 days a week so it’s not a matter of “ Going to the Gym “ when that’s happening my diet hasn’t changed only difference is started fin and took that small window of recovery that’s it. I’ll keep looking around for helpful responses.

Check your weight everyday and change calories income accordingly. Working out 7 days a week is not optimal. You have to make rest days. I didn't hear that finasteride changes calories burning. I saw in another topic that you use creatine. It causes water retention and thus weight gain. 1 My first Hair Transplant - Eugenix 3514 Grafts (720 grafts on the temples) - Dr Priyadarshini Das
Administrators Melvin- Admin Posted May 17, 2023 Administrators Share Posted May 17, 2023 Creatine is much more likely to cause weight gain than fin. Honestly, people have come up with every anecdote in the book about fin. The common side effects are sexual and cognitive. Aside from that, it’s probably not the fin. Creatine draws water into the cells, which leads to more water weight. https://www.healthline.com/health/diet-and-weight-loss/does-creatine-make-you-fat#:~:text=Water weight is a type,arms%2C legs%2C or stomach. Regular Member SoSoz Posted May 17, 2023 Regular Member Share Posted May 17, 2023 There's no way you will gain weight if you are not in caloric surprus. It can only be water retention from creatine
