Has your diet changed? Are you exercising regularly? 9 pounds in a month is a decent amount of weight. My guess would be your caloric intake has gone up considerably.

So just clarify I’m still in great Shape and go to the gym daily , I’ve asked other places and yeh there are others that have experienced this as well.

I work out 7 days a week so it’s not a matter of “ Going to the Gym “ when that’s happening my diet hasn’t changed only difference is started fin and took that small window of recovery that’s it.

I’ll keep looking around for helpful responses.

I workout every day , but thanks tips.

Check your weight everyday and change calories income accordingly.  Working out 7 days a week is not optimal. You have to make rest days.

I didn't hear that finasteride changes calories burning.

I saw in another topic that you use creatine. It causes water retention and thus weight gain.

Creatine is much more likely to cause weight gain than fin. Honestly, people have come up with every anecdote in the book about fin. The common side effects are sexual and cognitive. Aside from that, it’s probably not the fin.

Creatine draws water into the cells, which leads to more water weight.
