Senior Member FinallyHT Posted April 25, 2023 Senior Member Share Posted April 25, 2023 Who does great work for working in a diffused crown area. It’s a small area. See pictures. Regular Member Daniel A Posted April 25, 2023 Regular Member Share Posted April 25, 2023 Honestly bro, from what I see you don’t need any work done. Your hair doesn’t look to be thinning to me. But if it is thinning, you should consider medication first. If you have work done on such a small area and the surrounding area thins out, IMO it might look weird. Also, other members might ask you to show pictures of your crown from years before just to compare if it’s thinning or not.
Senior Member mr_peanutbutter Posted April 25, 2023 Senior Member Share Posted April 25, 2023 (edited) no doctor will do this unless your on medication and stabble for years the crown will expand you would end up with a very tiny island of hair in the middle which would look weird and to be frankly, its just in the early stage, so not noticable Edited April 25, 2023 by mr_peanutbutter
Senior Member BurnieBurns Posted April 25, 2023 Senior Member Share Posted April 25, 2023 Get on Medical therapy. It's fine right now and if you're lucky you'll get some regrowth
Senior Member TheGreatPretender Posted April 25, 2023 Senior Member Share Posted April 25, 2023 I wouldn't touch it. Get on meds before it gets any worse and keep it for life, that's it.
Valued Contributor Gatsby Posted April 25, 2023 Valued Contributor Share Posted April 25, 2023 That’s not a diffused crown. That’s a regret waiting to happen if an unethical surgeon took your money to ruin it. As others have said you should attempt meds first and foremost. Surgery is always a last resort. All the best. Regular Member mac187 Posted April 25, 2023 Regular Member Share Posted April 25, 2023 Also on top of the meds being recommended, if you’re yet to try them - hair fibres would do a really good with what you have mate
