At first glance, the patient appeared to have some recession with maybe an otherwise decent head of hair; however, the top-down shot exposes the rampant thinning and miniaturization he experienced before the procedure. Add in HD closeups and the result is an absolutely undetectable transplant short of inspecting it with an electron microscope.
