starting for first time oral minoxidil after HT

i wanted to start for the first time oral minoxidil after my surgery to try to make thicker my weak native hair so i wanted to ask after how many days should i start it? and  will it help my transplanted hair to grow faster too?  i saw someone say to start it 1-2 week after surgery and others after 1 months but i wanted to start it as soon as possible

for the topical version or for the oral version too?

I started on on day 4 post operation, not sure why it would matter if you started immediately.

That was oral minoxidil

My clinic started me on oral Minoxidil the same day of Surgery.
