How long after a FUT transplant can exercise properly?

After  a FUT hair transplant how long can you get back into running, swimming, gym workouts etc?

From what I understand,  the main reason not to exercise too early is the affect it might have on  the FUT scar healing? Not the Grafts?

Heavy lifting around 6 months. Avoid anything that puts tension on your neck and head. Swimming and running around 3 weeks.

Would  you consider Dumbell curls to be heavy lifting?  How about playing cricket is that ok?

Yes I would consider this heavy lifting unless the dumbells are light. However, the way I look at it is that, I will do everything in my control to ensure I get the best surgical outcome for the rest of my life. If that means I don't train heavy for three months then I'd rather err on the side of caution. Also if you end up with a bad FUT scar you know that it wasn't something that you did that could have caused it. All the best!
