9.5 Month Update.

The first two photos are taken outside w/ a medium hold pomade and hair spray. The third and fourth there is no product.  I was honestly pretty concerned with the amout of shock loss I had around the 120 day mark but glad to see my native hair has grown back in over the past few months. In the future when I will need another procedure to cover the crown area I still have a lot of viable grafts left per Dr. Hasson. At this time I am not taking any medications, supplements etc.

I will continue to provide updates over the next few months and hopefully my expereience and review can provide an accurate representation of what's possible if you choose the correct surgeon.

Absolutely incredible, thank you for sharing. I can't stop looking your hair looks amazing when wet. Your results really do give me faith for my own situation as I am undergoing a procedure with Dr Hasson at the end of the year with a similar situation as yours.

You must be thrilled, enjoy your hair!

I am thrilled w/ the results it's been a game changer. Good luck w/ the procedure you've chosen one of the best if not the best.

My only advice to anyone getting a HT for the first time would just to be as patient as possible for the first 5-6 months.

12.5 month update.

I’ve included a few photos with wet/ dry hair. I tried to take before and after style photos with the same or  comparable lightning.

let me know your thoughts and thanks for following a long my transplant journey.

I believe Hasson and Wong lists their prices on the website for fue and fut procedures.

It was less than 30 days from the time I booked my surgery. I booked it when Canada still had the travel restrictions from Covid. I’m sure my turnaround time was unusually quick for their office.

Excellent result.

Did you experience any shockloss in your forelock?

I am going to have my HT surgery soon, and I have the same hairline as your pre-op photo and have been debating whether to work 'around' the forelock or just go right into it at the same density as the temples (and take the chance).

Seems like H&W just went right into your forelock at the same density as your temples.

I had more shock loss mid scalp and crown but it's came back to pre transplant levels. "Seems like H&W just went right into your forelock at the same density as your temples."In my case the extent of my research was just result based so I didn't know much about shockloss so I just rolled w/ the amount of grafts Hasson suggested and didn't think about it. My hair was so thin in the front/middle prior to my transplant that some shockloss on the top wouldn't have made much of a difference.

18 Month Update.....

So it's been almost 2 years since my procedure and i've let my hair grow out more. Since my last update the hair is about the same density but sits more naturally.

Getting my hair back has been a huge confidence boost for me and the only regret I have is not getting it done sooner.

Donor area- I will be going back to Dr. Hasson at some point to get 2-2.5 grafts on the crown per Dr. Hassons recommendation.
