First of all thanks a lot to all the contributors of this forum. I decided to go with Eugenix based on the great results I saw here.

I got my crown only hair Transplant with 2500+ grafts from Dr. Arika Bansal and team (Premium Package) yesterday. The surgery started at 9am and ended at 6:30pm, overall I didn’t feel much pain as everything was well organized by Eugenix Mumbai team. I have been recommended 1700 to 2000 grafts but I requested for more density hence went to 2500 grafts.

I am still waiting for more details from the Mumbai clinic, will post the graft info as soons as I receive it.

Here are some pre-op and post op pics.

Day 0: (After coming back to hotel - No pain at all)

Hi Hopeforbest,

The work looks nice and dense. Congratulations on your choice and all the best for good growth and coverage.

Was it all donor scalp hair, and no beard grafts?

I am also a 3V and was given a 1700-2000 quote from Eugenix, for a crown HT that is eerily similar to yours.

As i am going soon for a few procedures, i have a concern with 1700, as well.  I am inclined to go more as i have been told Beard grafts will also be used, and do not create as much density.

Did the team say that 2500+ would give that area good density?

Also, how convincing did you need to be to ask for more and who did the implanting?

Thanks for your time, and enjoy a good rest.

Best of luck.

Thanks.

This is my first HT and they used only scalp hair. I wanted to add some density in front area but Dr. Akira Bansal said my hairline looks pretty good and She can add some density to crown if I want. They said 1700 to 2000 will provide decent coverage but 2500 will give good density.

Slits and some crucial extraction were made by Dr. Arika and rest all by technicians. I just asked for more density and they agreed to do 2500.

All the best for your HT

Here is my graft count:
Singles x 205  hairs follicle =205 hairs
Doubles x  1560 = 3120
Triples x  735 = 2205

Total 2500 hair follicle grafts = 5530 hairs

Those are some very good multi grafts counts 👍🏽

I asked doctor to add some density in the front area but she said there is no scope to plant grafts in the front. What you guys think?

There is no way a surgeon can implant grafts into that frontal region without damaging the native hairs. Dr. Arika is absolutely right. To be safe, ideally the distance between the existing follicles should be at least 3 mm to add a graft in between without jeopardizing the survival of those follicles.
