6 months almost no growth

If the area treated in your second transplant is the same as the one treated in the first, it may take a little longer than in the first transplant as regrowth in a scar area is slower than regrowth on a scalp virgin. Anyway, if you want to post some photos.

In my own personal experience with follow-up surgeries on previously operated areas, the hair growth timeline was exactly the same as the original surgery.

@Win88 Only seeing 10% growth at month 6 is a red flag. Perhaps a miracle will happen and a sh*t ton of growth will occur in the coming months, but its unlikely.

I'm at 6 months post hair transplant, but notice only about 10% growth so far. My previous transplant, I had amazing growth by now...

Not sure what to do?

Your post history says otherwise.

Given your track record, I think its safe to say wait it out.

*grabs popcorn*

Your popcorn is best spent some where else.

My history shows exactly as what I say...

Judging from my previous HT, I expected a bit more growth for being at 6 months.

I agree with you, I would be concerned with only 10% growth at 6 months.

So it was the same surgeon that did your previous procedure?…how many grafts was the first one and how many on this one?

Win88,

While most hair transplant patients experience a good deal of growth at six months postop, every patient is different. Moreover, subsequent hair transplants can grow in slower than previous ones.  Believe it or not, because each doctor possesses their own unique technique, the overall growth process and timeline can be impacted by the hair transplant clinic,

I believe you said you were going to speak with your surgeon. What was their response? Also, I recommend posting some photos of your hair before from your second procedure and now as we will be able to give you some better feedback.

Best wishes,
