Surgical plan: Hair line, entrances and central area in 2 days of intervention. Note: A conservative hair line has been designed according to the patient’s preference. Grafts breakdown: x1 Grafts - 454 = 454 Hairs. x2 Grafts - 1039 = 2078 Hairs. x3 Grafts - 1185 = 3555 Hairs. x4 Grafts - 429 = 1716 Hairs. x5 Grafts - 45 = 225 Hairs. Total: 3.152 Grafts = 8.028 Hairs. Average: 2,54 Hairs/Graft. 2ª INTERVENTION Patient´s details: Sex: Male. Age: 43 years old. Level of alopecia: NW IV Diffuse (PDA) Hair characteristics: Brown-grey, straight and medium thickness hair. Surgical plan: Increase of density in frontal, central and crown areas in 1 day of intervention. Grafts breakdown: x1 Grafts - 274 = 274 Hairs. x2 Grafts – 669 = 1338 Hairs. x3 Grafts - 699 = 2097 Hairs. x4 Grafts - 285 = 1140 Hairs. Total: 1.927 Grafts = 4.849 Hairs. Average: 2,51 Hairs/Graft. Post-Op treatment: Individualized pharmacological treatment is chosen for each patient.
