Without seeing further pictures, it appears he has pretty good hair prior to the surgery. However, 2300 grafts in the temples/hairline seems quite significant. Rajtoor, Anyone with this amount of gel will have see through to the scalp. It is unavoidable. He's not losing his hair up there else Dr. Wong would not have stuffed so many grafts into his hairline. Coligion, No pre-op top downs. We were not working in this area so none were taken.
