Senior Member LaserCaps Posted August 31, 2021 Senior Member Share Posted August 31, 2021 So what is it that you are trying to accomplish? Seems like you might want to reinforce the hairline, bring down your temporal points just slightly and blend grafts to the area right behind the hairline. Pls confirm. It would be nice if you could photo the entire head - without your hand getting in the way. Not sure if there is thinning elsewhere. Are you doing any type of medical therapy to help you with retention and enhancement of the native hair? Southwest just announced a $49 fee sale for many areas. This, perhaps, will allow you a greater distance range. Patient Consultant for Dr. Arocha at Arocha Hair Restoration. Administrators Melvin- Admin Posted August 31, 2021 Administrators Share Posted August 31, 2021 You're too young for surgery in my opinion. Saying your hairline hasn't changed in six years isn't saying much, six years ago you were 17. Are you on preventive medicine like finasteride and minoxidil? There are other alternatives such as RU58841, CB-03-01, topical finasteride and dutasteride. Preventive methods should be your first line of defense. 2 I’m a paid admin for Hair Transplant Network. Valued Contributor Gatsby Posted August 31, 2021 Valued Contributor Share Posted August 31, 2021 No ethical surgeon will operate on you. If they offer to do so then run a mile!! If that’s the hairline you had at 17 then surgery will never replace Mother Nature. Try Finasteride and see if you can tolerate it. Al the best. 2 GATSBY 'UNPLUGGED!' 15,671 (3 surgeries) Grafts FUE+BHT Dr. Sethi Eugenix
