Although I like Dr Arshads work in the Uk have you considered European options.?
Some really excellent choices in Spain, Belgium and Portugal.
But yes £3 per graft is actually pretty good value for the UK. Definitely don’t consider anybody who is cheaper here !

No because I wanted to avoid any travel especially with covid and the extra expense of flights and hotels. So I didn't want to consider it.

Here in the Uk I think it’s a good choice. Along with Dr Reddy, Dr Ball and Farjo. Although the others mentioned are more expensive.

Reddy gave me for the same thing a quote in double figures :(

Exactly that. No doubt Dr Arshad is the best value here. As you have chosen to stay in the UK it’s as good a option as the others, a recent crown case was really good !

I think I paid something like £5,000 or £5,500 for 2,000 grafts with Dr Feller in 2012......that's without travel or hotel either.

I think that's a fair price in 2021 for a quality surgeon, especially if you don't need to deal with travel.

2,000 grafts FUT Dr. Feller, July 27th 2012. 23 years old at the time. Excellent result. Need crown sorted eventually but concealer works well for now.

Propecia and minoxidil since 2010. Fine for 8 years - bad sides after switching to Aindeem in 2018.

Switched to topical fin/minox combo from Minoxidil Max in October 2020, along with dermarolling 1x a week.

Wrote a book for newbies called Beating Hair Loss, available on Amazon

That's the central London "harley street" tax no doubt

I think Arshad is the most affordable quality doctor in the UK. That said, I don’t think you need an HT. That’s my opinion. Save your money and go on a vacation.
