Happened to stumble upon your case today, looking at your pictures I feel a good job can be done in as less as 2000 grafts, which will give you great coverage around your hairline zone & FTAs. 

Medication would certainly help your crown, have you restarted duta or any other 5AR inhibitors?

Hi Everyone,

I'll be making a 'journey post' once I get the official pics from the clinic on Monday, with way more details etc.

tl;dr: 4.500, 3500ish front and 1000ish crown, Staff and doctor are from another world. Surgey was 10/12 and 10/13, just got back home to the U.S yesterday.

Here are some initial pics from my professional fingers hehe . Already a question, seeing some 'little gaps' as crusts starts to form,  today is that normal? (I've read before so, but you know, paranoia and all)

I also did a search for 'cracks and pathways' and yup, they seem normal

Wow that's some serious dense packing in the frontal region if it's 3500. Looks like good work. Will follow your journey.

3500 up front will leave you nice and dense, I like Dr Hasson's FUE results. 

Did he mention how many grafts remaining you are predicted to have in your donor?

We talked about 'needing more in the future', and he said as long as I keep the medication I wouldn't need much, but, I have about 5k or so if I wanted to try something again in the future (which hopefully won't be needed or they'll have figured out a permanent wig by then haha)
