Hish
Hi folks, First and foremost, as this is my first post on the forum it's a pleasure to meet you all. I'm not really one to do something like this as i) I wanted my transplant and experience to go unnoticed and ii) hair transplants aren't the solution for everyone. For myself however, it has been profound, as well as giving me a real confidence in my day-to-day and I'd like to share the results of my experience, to help those individuals looking to do a transplant to make an informed decision in their hair loss journey. The transplant was done over the course of two days by the Dr and his team in his Harley Street clinic mainly addressing the temple recession that I experienced in my hair. They took a very careful approach with minimal pain, faff and ensured that I was as comfortable as I could be. The clinic have been available for any queries that I had (pre and post operation), and I must stress that the after-care was my main reason for doing it in the UK, and I have not been disappointed. I have only ever had prompt responses, as well as consistent follow-ups to track the progress of the transplant. I am now taking a 1mg oral finasteride, as well as the, "meat & potatoes" of hair loss treatment in the use of a minoxidil/topical finasteride solution, nizoral shampoo twice weekly and derma rolling twice weekly. Through his safe hands and careful, measured approach I can safely say that my hair is back where it used to be. Pics attached are a timeline of events. I am currently at the 7 month mark.

Senior Member BLE123 Posted June 29, 2021 Senior Member Share Posted June 29, 2021 Looks good but I'm a bit confused by the hairline drawn. Do you have post op pics of the area that was transplanted? End result looks good either way, Dr Reddy easily does the best work in the UK.

Hi, I have attached a few pictures of the hairline immediately post-op. Super clean, pain & discomfort was at an absolute minimum and I felt 100% after around the 3 day mark. There’s still some filling to be done on the right temple, as I say it’s just about the 7 month mark at the moment so there will hopefully be continual gains.
