Here’s Timothy Olyphant, below is a decade old picture of his hair shaved, he’s a clear Norwood 3. Now, fast forward his hair grown out and possible hair transplant his hair is magnificent.  Hair length matters! The old shaving your head makes your hair loom thicker is nonsense.

To me it doesn’t look like he had a hair transplant. His native hair is very thick and his temple points are very strong so once grown out it looks way better

I think it's possible he did some minor work. But it is also possible that he's on some form of dutasteride mesotherapy treatment. HIs hair looks thicker than it did 10 years ago, so he's definitely doing something. Although it may not be surgery.
