Hair transplant in Berlin

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I am 35 and lost quite a lot of density in the crown area over the last 8 years. Since I live in Berlin I am considering to go to a clinic here. Can anyone advise on the best doctors for hair transplant in Berlin?

So far I have contacted only "My perfect hair" which I believe is run by Dr. Fotis Tsounis.

Thanks in advance

Germany is really not a good choice for Hair transplantations. The quality doctors we have work in other countries (Feriduni, Heitmann). The german clinics have mostly bad surgeons or they offer a big variety of surgeries and for hair transplantations they just fly in a random team from turkey.

The only recommendable Dr. from Germany is Dr. Ayoub in Duesseldorf (Focus Hairtrans). His results on german Alopezie Forum are pretty good.

Germany is a bad place for HT, for historical and regulation reasons. The clinic you mentioned is one of the worst I know. There is one in Berlin which is average based on international standard. Maybe 1 which has potential (Ayoub, like mentioned before) in entire Germany, but its quite new and he is very aggressive in the cases he accepts.

If you want to stay really close (and have a German speaking surgeon) Belgium and Switzerland is the place to be. Cheaper option in Portugal and Turkey (but only 2-3 of the 1000).

If you want to work inbetween existing hair the Spanish or Portuguese clinics with with the implanter pens could be interesting.

Hi, thanks all for the useful feedback. I am interested in the Spanish and Portuguese clinics. See a picture of my hair.q Do you have any idea how many grafts would I need? Also a rough estimation of the cost in any of those clinics would be very much appreciated.

Take a look at Dr. De Freitas

Portugal then I would say Dr Ferreira. Spain then yes I agree with Melvin Dr Freitas. You could also consider Dr Villa. Your range would be around €2.50 per graft for each of these. More or less depending on graft count.
