Senior Member Rossybop Posted December 20, 2020 Senior Member Share Posted December 20, 2020 On Dr Saifi's pre-op instructions he says no bromide, aspirin or fish for 10 days before a transplant. Is bromide salt?
Valued Contributor Gatsby Posted December 21, 2020 Valued Contributor Share Posted December 21, 2020 Bromide is a salt (potassium) that was used as an anti epileptic. It can have sedative properties. 1 GATSBY 'UNPLUGGED!' 15,671 (3 surgeries) Grafts FUE+BHT Dr. Sethi Eugenix

Senior Member UnbaldEagle Posted December 21, 2020 Senior Member Share Posted December 21, 2020 It's a really old drug and luckily it's hardly used anymore, there's new generation anticonvulsants instead. Okay, let's check the list then, @Rossybop. No bromide, that's for sure. How about fish, coffee? You said you're a social drinker but pubs are closed so no alcohol either I'm assuming. Any cheeky cigarettes?

Unbald Eagle I am trying but I'm not sure if I'd be everyone's favourite seen as I did bump my head twice post-op 😭
