FUT, FUE and scar correction performed on a Caucasian man (40) with
• NW II Class N
• Donor density of 96 FU/cm² occipital, 92 FU/cm² parietal, 88 FU/cm² temporal
• Hair diameter of ~ 52-58 microns

Treatment plan
1. Follicular Unit Transplantation to attain an aesthetic reconstruction of the hairline.
2. Follicular Unit Extraction to increase the density of the frontal hairline.
3. Follicular Unit Extraction to increase the density of the mid section and scar correction in FUE.

Performed procedures
1. FUT (January 3, 2011) 
Follicular Unit Transplantation with 2180 FU:
* 500 single hair FU
* 1176 double hair FU
* 504 triple hair FU
HGI: 2,0

2. FUE (October 10, 2013)
Follicular Unit Extraction with 799 FU:
* 162 single hair FU
* 383 double hair FU
* 254 triple hair FU
HGI: 2,1

3. FUE (November 24, 2020)
Follicular Unit Extraction with 1744 FU:
* 44 single hair FU
* 1190 double hair FU
* 510 triple hair FU
HGI: 2,3

Parallel incisions in custom-sized blades technique (Cutting Edge blades of 0,7-0,9 mm).

1. Extraction performed with a 0.8mm Titanium Manual Punch Handle.
2. Extraction performed with a 0.8mm FUE punch with CIT Manual Punch Handle.
3. Extraction performed by WAW-system with a 0.90 mm serrated trumpet punch.

No microscopic preparation of the follicular unit grafts.

Yes of course, we will post an update after 9-12 months!
And thank you for your question; we've used 394 FU for the scar.
