Do long hairstyles look good with transplanted hair?

I know that you can never attain the density of a non-balding scalp with a transplant, but say you are on the less severe side and can get more dense packing, does long hair look good or will it look thin?

Absolutely they do, paging @voxman he’s got long hair, it depends on style really.

If a short hair style looks good following a transplant, then chances are a long hair style will also -

In my case, I purposely had my Dr plan for my style - so he adjusted my graft plan for the way I comb it.

And in my case, I have very light colored and thin hair but no one has ever detected any work.

I'm serious.  Just look at my face.
