White stuff on my hair after soaking

Hi all,

I had an operation in the front line and medium part of my head 10 days ago and starting from when I was allowed to soak my hair with water only ( 3 days ago) i started noticing the white stuff which you could see in the pic below. 

In the first seven days post-OP I wasn't allowed to wash my hair and I had been spraying a saline solution which I think may be one of the cause why my hair look like that.

Could you please let me know what do you think that white stuff is ? And how can I get rid of it? Tomorrow i have an important interview but I doubt I would be able to get rid of it by then. 

Finally, i am not allowed to use baby shampoo until next Thursday.

10 days post op is just wash with baby shampoo tbh, I’ve always done that after 7 days.

I thought about it as well but then I am too worried that by doing so i may force some of my new transplanted hair off. 

So I'd rather wait a few days..

After ten days the grafts will be secure 👍

It’s just your dried scalp skin flaking, no need to worry. As for shampoo use and your worry that you might loose grafts, nothing to worry about, your grafts are secure and cannot just fall out with a hair wash.
