Senior Member HarryHonolulu Posted August 23, 2018 Senior Member Share Posted August 23, 2018 Hey all i have a 2000 graft FUE procedure scheduled next week. Will I be able to get back to my hotel alone at the end of the day or do I need someone with me? and, after how many days does the head look normal enough to walk around without feeling self conscious? Administrators Melvin- Admin Posted August 23, 2018 Administrators Share Posted August 23, 2018 You an get back to your hotel by yourself, but you shouldn’t drive yourself. If you’re renting a car, make sure you have someone drive you back, otherwise call an Uber. You look best by a week, that’s when the scans are gone and the grafts haven’t shed yet, you will look like you had a buzz cut. I’m a paid admin for Hair Transplant Network. Senior Member gillenator Posted August 24, 2018 Senior Member Share Posted August 24, 2018 Depending on the type of anesthesia used and also how you respond to it will determine if you will need assistance back to the hotel. And I agree, after 7-10 days post-op the scabbing should be pretty much gone. Gillenator Independent Patient Advocate I am not a physician and not employed by any doctor/clinic.
