Senior Member bennyt89 Posted February 5, 2018 Senior Member Posted February 5, 2018 About 1 hour ago this wasn't there. The spot in the centre left, I got back to The hotel took my bandana off and there it was... this wouldn't be a dislodged graft? I have another check up with my HT surgeon tomorrow morning so at least if it is he could rectify it (hopefully). But just find it weird, I didn't knock my head or anything.
Senior Member Speegs Posted February 5, 2018 Senior Member Posted February 5, 2018 The wounds will ooze and bleed a bit, are you going back to the clinic for a hair washing and graft check tomorrow? Senior Member pkipling Posted February 5, 2018 Senior Member Posted February 5, 2018 This soon after the procedure, I wouldn't be too alarmed - especially since you're going in for a followup and hair wash tomorrow. And while ideally we don't want to lose a graft, if on the off chance that is what happened, just remind yourself that its gonna be 1-3 hairs out of thousands and won't make a cosmetic difference in the outcome at all. Senior Member bennyt89 Posted February 6, 2018 Author Senior Member Posted February 6, 2018 Just got back from the clinic and good news, no grafts lost. Dr thinks perhaps it was a small blood clot but no area for concern.
Senior Member gillenator Posted February 6, 2018 Senior Member Posted February 6, 2018 Sounds like a clotted scab or something but as long as it was not a lost graft...three cheers...Hooray...hooray...hooray!...
