But, I doubt that at 42 years old and good head of hair anyway, that this patient would have wanter anything else. Certainly not a solidly straight 18yr olds hairline. It looks totally natural, without doubt a great improvement visually, and with a very conservative number of grafts. No extra stress regarding further loss and available donor. I believe this to be a very good result! Congratulations to all!
