Regular Member danielx111 Posted April 19, 2017 Regular Member Share Posted April 19, 2017 Hello guys, I'm not looking for anything to fight hairloss, just something that I can use without harsh chemicals, I have read that the ingredients in Head and Shoulders are pretty bad to use daily, I'm using this shampoo for couple of years, it makes my hair pretty dry and dead. I wondering if there's any alternative shampoo, (Not Nizoral), that i can use daily? From the research I have done I have few in minds and will appericate that if you can let me know what you think : 1.REGENEPURE DR 2.REGENEPURE NT 3.Johnson's Baby Shampoo I'm basically looking for something that won't make my hair dry, and also won't have any bad effect for daily use like Head and Shoulders. Thanks in advance!
Senior Member gillenator Posted April 19, 2017 Senior Member Share Posted April 19, 2017 Anything that is herbal based is good however I would not recommend shampooing "every day" as it's not necessary and some of the oils that our scalp excretes is actually good for our hair and scalp surface. Senior Member pkipling Posted April 20, 2017 Senior Member Share Posted April 20, 2017 One approach is to look for shampoos/conditioners that don't contain sulfates and parabens. These are typically going to be the most gentle for your hair. Personally, I buy Ovation online and it's the only thing I've found that keeps my super sensitive scalp from breaking out. I'm not sure about the ones you mentioned though. I am a patient advocate for Dr. Parsa Mohebi in Los Angeles, CA. Senior Member Speegs Posted April 21, 2017 Senior Member Share Posted April 21, 2017 I'd advise against daily shampooing, every other day is typically sufficient. Nizoral once or twice a week would be a good regimen to try, I do that along with using Revigen once a week, and Revigen conditioner once a week. Hair loss patient and transplant veteran. Also, just do an online search for herbal based shampoos and you would be surprised by all of the choices... Senior Member bullitnut Posted April 25, 2017 Senior Member Share Posted April 25, 2017 I read somewhere that Johnsons baby shampoo isn't good to use (can't remember where or why for that matter) i like the Regenpure range and Nioxin myself but don't shampoo everyday or my hair gets too dry. 2 poor very poor UK ht's 2 world class repairs with Shapiro Medical Group original thread http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.co...d.php?t=134995 Dr Paul's procedure http://www.hairtransplantnetwork.com/blog/home-page.asp?WebID=1710 Dr Ron's procedure http://www.hairtransplantnetwork.com/blog/home-page.asp?WebID=1128
