Should I get Fue or fut for this

If thats the extent of your loss, fue. You don't want to strip out for that small amount of grafts. If you have further loss you're addressing at the same time then that is something to discuss with your surgeon.

Looks like that could be aloplecia areata. Have you seen a Dermatologist for non surgical treatment? That should be your first step. If you have done so then you should consult with a few transplant surgeons for advice. FUT / FUE will depend on your age and likelihood of norwood type hair loss in the future
