Senior Member Sam23 Posted December 21, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted December 21, 2015 Hi guys Now i m almost 5 months (exactly 4 and 21 days) I can see growth only on hairline but behind it is not much, is this normal? Should i expect more grafts growth or that it now only the hair would be thicker? And the hair is thin and so waivy, it does not look so good but better than before I added new pices under 4.5 months,
Senior Member MrGio-WHTCClinic Posted December 21, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted December 21, 2015 You are probably seeing about 30% growth. The new grafts will continue showing regrowth up 7.5 months. After one year, the hair quality of your regrowth will continue up to 24 months. My opinions are my own. Senior Member pkipling Posted December 21, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted December 21, 2015 As MrGio said, you still have quite a ways to go, so try not to overanalyze the growth too much. Everyone's hair grows in at different rate. I had significant growth by month 6, but it can take up to one year to see the results you're hoping for. My mindset was to not expect anything until the 12 month mark, so that any early growth I had was just a pleasant surprise. All that said, it sounds like you're right on track. I am a patient advocate for Dr. Parsa Mohebi in Los Angeles, CA. My views/opinions are my own and don't necessarily reflect the opinions of Dr. Mohebi and his staff.
