  1. I hope you will have good results with electrolysis For me the redness is so light now but the shiny texture is the problem along with bumps skin Can the v beam help in removing the shiny texture ? Should i try mirco needling to remove the bumps ? I do not know, i m thinking to try fue out with good doctor
  2. What about the texture and the tiny bumps ? can the laser improve them as well ? Now i cannot look closely to my head, it looks so disgusting texture is ruined and bump under each hair, so ugly, i just want to rid off from all of that
  3. I cannot tell as i only treat one hair so It does not give any indicator The issue is the whole scalp look like it is covered by another layer of skin (pink and shiny with bumps) really it gives impression that i have serious disease and even i notice people they keep distance from me after this, the scalp before was matte I do not believe that the hair shaft is the main reason, if you look to the roots of hairs in your humps, you will find normal skin regardless of the shaft So it is the surgery that make all of those problem, it is like hair growing in abnormal skin so it will never look normal Now the chance if removing the hair by fue punch out to give normal skin is better than any other technique as the irrigular skin would be removed and new skin will replace that. However, that depend on the original scar, the skills of the surgeon and your ability of healing I asked couple of people who already have the fue punch out and they are happy with the results and even they forget that they had hair transplant before, the best thing is the skin might become matte again like original skin So that encourage me to search this I asked a doctor about the scalp scars so he told me that the scalp skin is though one so it can respond well to any type of treatment and in my case it is tricky as what i have is irrigular skin due to hair transplant and not scars and until i have biopsy nobody can confirm it But i m really so depressed as i m lossing hope there is a solution everything is theoritical and no one can guarantee anything so i m afraid to make my case worse than now if i start with any intensive treatment, i m so reluctant and feel i m going to explode
  4. Softenning the hairline is really an issue in hair transplant that no doctor so far give true picture about it Only said using one hair graft would be enough which is not true
  5. Yes, electrolysis can do the trick to make the hair softer but with minimum power You need one session to make the hair finer or 2 to 3 to remove the hair Also keep in mind that when you use electrolysis the hair will fall and the area might become red for a while (pin point in the hair place) but unlikely with minimum power It is better to do test or start slowley so nobody notice your transition No scar is possible if the skin is normal and the tech is skillful If you have a center near to you that would be great so each day you can treat a few There are 3 types of electrolysis, use the blended otherwise it might burn the skin Trim the hair that you want to treat, so the tech can know exactly which hair you want to treat Also do not depend on the tech to design your hairline I wish if i can do it now but i have problem in the hairline, the left side is higher but only you can catch it under white light, it has reduced a lot with the treatment but still not normal And there is an area near to the right hump gives feeling that the skin has shrunk down with bump under the skin (but nothing on the surface) i do not know how to treat this, it is always painful In addition i have like so small pin points under each hair (maybe small cobblstonning) I want to treat those things before start treating the hair if you have a good sught you can notice my whole scalp look like a war zone, sometime i cannot know if there is a way out from all of this shit Is there a way to smooth the scalp without removing the hair ?
  6. Thanks harry That is really a beneficial reply, we need to share those information and see what is the best route to solve those issues, i will put the vbeam laaser on my list now and the good thing as u said it might not harm the hair, about the bumps i checked with few doctors and they advise against dermarolling as it might create scars, so i m avoiding that for time being For electrolysis, i tried it on one hair at the hairline and it make it finer, i think this option will be good to make the hairline softer but use the min power, for me i m still guessing between the 3 options - Electrolysis/,laser removal / fue out And i m thinking more in fue as i search it can enhance the skin, most people against that but i m still thinking it might be worth to try it on few hair and watch I will use electrolysis or laser in case the skin is normal only One thing is helping me a lot espically in term of irritation - B Complex - honey ( good brand) The honey really moves me to different level, it makes the skin and the hair fresh and soft all the pain is gone becuase of the honey, however if i m outside for more than 3 or 5 hours the irritation will start again, a lot of people sufferring from same things even i think the best of the best case has issue in the skin, so nobody should deny that Those the double eye check on the hairline is bother me a lot ( that a common thing that nobody talk about it which a real thing that give you hint about other people opinions on your results if it is normal or not) and mine is like a disaster i cannot even take picture properly with people as the hair will look so weird so i m avoiding any video or picture but when i mtaking a close picture it can look nice but i have to control the angle and light As u said a lot of people come here and they could not find a one thread talk about the issues in details, of hair transplant only some old threads that can reflect the old techniques
  7. You think i did not ask doctors so far ? I asked more than 10 between dermatologist and surgeons and all of them they do not want to remove any hair or think the skin has problem so they try many things on me . all of them want me to continue doing hair transplant because they said i do not have other option and the hair does not look that bad but i do not believe that, also my problem is in the skin not the hair so i do not care more about the hair in this stage Only 2 doctors they are ready to do hair removal sessions but first they want me to treat the skin which something not easy as i m suffering from pain and burning sensation everyday literally i cannot do anything outside since i did the procedure and i believe the skin will not enhance until i remove the hair because i already try everything Another way to deal with that is asking people who already try hair removal or have skin problem so they might know doctors or specific way can help me And u know there is nothing scientific here everything based on experience, people try laser, other electrolysis or fue so it worth to keep asking maybe i found my savior one day on this forum or in another one or n different world i m asking doctors and users and people around me and i m reading a lot of books and essays about wounds, scars and skin diseases and hair transplants becuase i m collecting all information as i will not trust my head to any doctor anymore without knowing everything, and i m surprised how much this industry is dark and misleading people and i cannot believe how i become vicitm so easily but i feel that people here get annoyed each time i raise question even it is look like repeated before, u can help me by sharing your knowledge about my questions I m trying many things and it help me but so slowely, For Accutane, i m taking this med from 12 days exactlly pill each day and under doctor supervision I m so negative becuase it has been 1 year and half and i feel i m stuck and i m wasting my whole life behind doors and cannot do anything in my life except researching now ( which i m regretting i did not do it before surgery) so i express that in my threads sometimes Apologies if i m trying to find a hope here and there
  8. Hi mikey I m living in denial and cannot accept there is no solution I m sorry i m repeating every few days the same thing, i m trying to make people pay attention so maybe someone come with solution, I cannot believe there is no one case of hair removal hundreds of thousands had hair transplants and there is no one case of hair removal ? I m looking for people who had those hair removal thing or skin repair as i cannot trust doctors anymore, best place to finf those people are here on hair forum I m not looking for pity, i want solution or at least hope that there is a way out of this prison I m taking this med and i m in the 11th pill , so maybe it has some effect also
  9. Is there any hope to remove the dots under each hair ? There are little redness and shiness also which make the scalp so ugly How i can get back the smoothness and healthy scalp again ? Nobody told me that the receipient area would be ruined ? Any help ? How i can continue living with this ruined scalp ? Can removing the hair get back the smoothness ? Sorry, but it is now 17 months and i cannot accept what i see, each time i m looking to the mirror i can see flesh pinkish shiny meat on each hair, i cannot describe my feeling, depress, frustrated, maybe disgust from myself, sometime, just want to stab each hair to remove dots Why i cannot find help? with all the advances and the heavy marketing for hair transplant, it is ridiculous, how it is easy to have hair transplant with everyone smile in front of you and encourage you to have it so you feel it is something easy, you start feel secure becuase of the smiles and media and technology advancement around you and after you have it, you wake up to know that you just screwed urself, you try to find a hope to get back and forget what happen but everyone turn you down and tell you there is no hope and you are screwed, there are no warning that there is no way back but they will tell you 95% of those surgeries are succesful and no marks on receipient area I m shamed of myself because i was victime of this stupid thing, i did not see a proper surgery before doing it, becuase i was disgust from it and cannot handle watchin it but also i did not mind to have it, becuase i was focus on beforr after pictures and convince myself that everything will behealed, how stupid i am, I lost my skin and my health forever why nobody talk about the skin how will become after hair transplant ? They told me it is only fine needle smaller that the normal needle and cannot leave trace Literally my scalp is totally ruined and it is always burn and shine ? Please someone give me a hope that there is a way out I m ready to pay any amount and dedicate myself just to get back my scalp again
  10. 16 months ago and i still cannot go outdoor without feeling serious discomfort
  11. I want to dignose what is happening under my skin The skin is always red and painful from time to time, some areas became lower from others and give tight feeling The skin is always look dirty, the hairline has permenant pinkish swallow and i cannot go outdoor without feelling burning sensation, it is always like i made the surgery yesterday All of my research is to find a way to treat this curse, and that start from proper dignose at least to understand what is happening inside and how can be treated I want my scalp to become smooth again
  12. Hi I read about a tool which i believe can be so useful in hair transplant This tool is dermal scanner (episcan)? this tool use ultrasound to scan the skin and give a virtual picture on the area it can examin all skin layers including hair and can provide analysis about the skin, hair and nail Also it is useful for scars, wounds to give better dignose and treatment In general it is a virtual biopsy but for the whole body Now, when i read about it, i thought, this tool can check my scalp to estimate the damages that happen after my surgery and also to know the depth of the transplant hairs and the sizes of the scars, ridging under the skin. Also it can gives a better idea before hair transplant surgery to measure the correct depth of the natural hair and to know the hair follicles status active, inactive, dead This tool should be used in the hair transplant industry Here a pic of what it can provide
  13. Hi After 16 months the receipient area is shiny and not smooth, also i always feel pain or discomfort in receipient area I hate the hair becuase of the skin and it is color I went to many doctors and each one has it is own way of treatment I know i write that before but there is a new doctor who took different approach in the treatment and i want your opinion He think that the shiny layer and the irrgularities in the receipient area are resulted from excess sebum and that happen due to the large glands that are attached to the hair follicles Therfore he prescribe me oral isotretinoin ( Oratane 20 mg) for 2 months at least Now i m still reluctant to take this med as i read it has a lit of side effects and might make scars worse, it will peel the skin and slow the healing process I still think the shiness and irigularities are due to scars tissues under the skin I m totally lost Do you think it might help to make receipient area better ? Should i try it ?
  14. i post the same issue here many times and also they consider me crazy with psycological things This is real and Fue or FUT are surgeries and nobody can control the side effects, I m one of the victims of FUE markting or the whole hair transplant thing, becuase of this procedure i still cannot go outdoor without feeling pain even i did the procedure 16 months ago It is simple, everyone cares about hair and nobody cares about the skin, like it is a byproduct and no problem if you loss it, 99% of the hair transplant surgeons do not care about the skin, they just tell you about the hair and give u guarantee only for the hair and if you had any issue in the skin they will tell we are not specialized in skin and you should see a dermatologist for that There is no surgeon who do kind of test on the skin to see if it can handle the surgery or not, they only check the hair in donor area, ask for blood test and then start work No enough studies about the skin diseases that can happen after hair transplant and even they will not mention that as side effects, ( if i read before the surgery that a hair transplant might trigger or cause some serious diseases in the skin, i will never do it ) When you read first time about hair transplant, you notice all the side effects are temp and after 1 year people are smiling and happy, so you assume no risk at all and take the plunge. London81 I think you willfeel better when using those meds if you suffering from electricity shock or numbness in donor area - GUPISON for 10 days one pill per day and then half for five days - Neurorubine 2 or 3 pills for a month And use honey ( original one) instead of alo vera, it is a messy but it will make wonders and it is a best food you can give to your hair But check with dermatologist first
  15. I know that feeling and i m sufferring from the same but in receipient area Here most of the people have only succesfull surgeries without any side effect, so i doubt you will find an answer If it persists, I think you should use the following meds but discuss it with a dermatolgist first - GUPISON for 15 days - Neurorubine for a month And try to make the area always moisturize by alo vera or honey and avoid sun i hope it will help you when you using them
  16. Please check this study, https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4323598/ They had a case exactly like yours and it creates fine hair at the end I already sent them few emails and they said that all their clients do hair transplant and then they come to them to soften the hair I m going to try it also after finishing treating my skin
  17. I should try it, but first i need to finish the issue of the skin This drives me crazy, imagin i just walk out today outside 5 minutes and get back indoor and now i feel burning sensation and the receipient area is pink, i m now be ome afraid to go out because i know i will have a problem, I live like a vampire now
  18. I send to them all my pics and even spoke to them They want me to visit them I already saw dr Bisanga and he told me, i should focus now on treating the skin first and after that i can go to belgium to see what they can do He is totally agree that the hairline need major repair by raising the sides to make it look more natural as i do not have temple points, ( or do a temple point and lower the hairline a little bit) and increase density in some places and do second procedure for mid scalp I m thinking to repair the hairline only before jumping in another big procedure espically i do not have much left in the donor area
  19. Bill There is one thing missing in your equation What if there is somthing goes wrong and That s what happen to me, no good yield, artifical hairline ridging and scars and bumps everywhere and pain each time i go under the sun I did not expect to have all of this problems when i start this procedure consider the technology has improved, I hate baldness and i never shaved my head and i cannot imagin the look even and, that what makes me jump into hair transplant but everything did not go in the same way that i want I hate the hairline from beginning but i did not expect to have skin disease Should i continue and do other surgeries, maybe yes and maybe no, there is no guarantee i will end up in good position better than now, espically i need more than 6000 grafts at least for the current nw status which i do not have I do not like to shave but also i cannot stand the look with thinning hair plugs in the hairline and large bald spot in addition to the skin problems i just want to stop being obssessed about my hair and continue living like before and that can be achieved even by shaving and removing the ugly hairline with best doctor to give more natural look The hair do not look natural and no way it will look natural without doing 3 surgeries at least with the best doctor and substantional amount of money and a lot of downtime ( + 3 years) I become a slave for this surgery and it took 1 year and half of my life I planned from beginning to have more than surgery but the skin problem that i faced during 1 year and half let me think 100 times before try to do another procedure, the skin might not handle another surgery. As i mentioned i cannot walk outside without feel that my scalp is going to explode and i m taking cortizone and a lot of meds to deal with this and seen many doctors, this is enough to make me hate this thing Thanks god my situation is better than before but still far from normal, and that s why i do not dare yet to shave. So still treat the skin Most doctors that i saw, they said the results do not look natural not because the surgery but because the distribution and general status of my scalp and i do not need even someone to tell me that, i cannot look to the mirror without feeling disgust and want to throw up when i saw those ugly plugs how they stand in strange way, if the doctor distribute the hair in a way suit nw6 then maybe i will not have this problem now but he draw a hairline of nw1 and without temple point and the hair quality do not suit the hairline becuse its to thick for the hairline Also If my skin is ok then maybe i would think to do another procedure Maybe i live an illusion and all of that in my mind only and from third party prespective everything is ok but that does not mean it is ok for me Now i feel i paid money to replace a soft healthy skin scalp with disfigured hair and skin and skin diseases and the most important thing i lost my peace of mind, my power, my self esteem and almost my social life just for sake artifical look, i cannot focus in anything becuase of the persist pain and discomfort that i feel and ofcouse there will be some physcological things that happen to me over 1 year and half after all of this journy and after i allow to unknow person to slice me up and give me scars for life This is one of the permenant side effect of the hair transplant that is not mentioned, skin diseases start from minor eczema and end up with scars in receipient area and the regret that cannot leave you one second without feeling shamed
  20. It is around 2 inch now and it is covering somehow the skin irrgularities and the ugly hairline I m afraid if i shave, the artificial hairline will be more clear to everyone and the receipient area disfiguration would be obvious I m trying to find solutions and treatment before taking the plunge So if i can raise the hairline and treat the skin to smooth out, then maybe shaving would be ok But how i can achieve this, i cannot know 1 year and half, i stopped my whole life,( locked my self alone in home) , i cannot stand 5 minutes under the sun without feeling pain trying to find a treatment to this mess, and maybe i m going to spend 10 years from my life to find this treatment and ofcouse i have to spend fortune, so no plan in the coming years, only for this curse and if i find the right treatment, i wll then start living but after i lost the best years of my life in pain and depress
  21. Hi Should i take the plunge and shave my head ? I m so tired from this procedure, Thin hair, ugly hairline, large bald spot and ugly shiny skin and painful sensation I want to forget and live my life, But i cannot foregive myself for this wrong decision and i cannot accept the truth that i m disfigured to the end day of my life due this surgery, Everyone said the fue is not like fut and there is still a chance to look normal again espically the incisions were around 0.7 mm so those things should be so small and should not consider even scars Some people will say i should have another procedure to correct the first one, but what guranatee i will not end up with the same shit Before the surgery i feel 70% ok, low self esteem 30% After the surgery i fee 1% ok, low self esteem 99% ( not go out anymore) So the hair transplant is not the answer as it will destroy the skin ( at least that what happen to me even with micro blade incsion) So the right question before doing hair transplant should be Are you ok to sacrifice your skin and replace it by hair ? ( if someone told me that before, i will never never think about HT even once, but i could not find anyone to give me this advice as all people are blind with commercial ads and before and after video) and i was blind to see the positive feeback and ignore the negative ones I wish if i have the courage to shave my head before but i was fool enough to do surgery than shaving to find out at the end i m having more than 6000 tiny scars between donor and receipient area with chronicle pain Now If i shave my head I m afraid i will see things that will make me more depressed, the skin irrigularities, scars Can the laser help to smooth out the skin, or should i do fue punch out? i m trapped and feel i m in prison It is hard decision, harder than before, the time before the hair transplant
  22. I know he has a scar on his back I m talking about the front, there is no trace to any surgery or plug, so might he did something
  23. Hi Anyone have an idea how Joe Rogan have a clean sly scalp after his hair transplant ? It looks from front like he did not get anything lately
  24. The name of the surgeon is Catagay Suzgin and he claimed he is (ishrs and eshrs) and he is dedicated to Fue from 30 years and know dr Bernstine and he is only doing now stem cell FUE They sold it to me in a way that all other techniuqes are rabish and do scars and their technique is the most advanced one and they do not scars at all I was too naive to trust those monsters I m thinking to send a claim to ishrs and eshrs about this doctor and told them about what he did to me And i m going to tell the health care authority about this, this is a barberian crime
  25. Lessons learnt from this dark industry - Nobody told me that, in hair transplant if there is even 1% error it will not be reversed, i will hold those error to the last day of my life. Instead they tell me the hair is permenant and will not fall and, cobblestonning and ridging are rare and cannot happen in this time with small instruments, so it is a safe things but it happen with me and from the good doctor also, and it it can happen even with best doctor in the world - Everyone talks easily about hair transplant ( no pain, small journy, a lot vidoe with smily faces) without focusing about skin surface in any of those videos, and nobody care about the skin like it is byproduct and it is normal to be disfigured in order to have hair - Nobody told me that the hair transplant means sacrfice healthy skin to have disfgured one with hair - Nobody care about details, they will show you bald scalp and then hairy scalp but what is happen below the hair, it should not bother anyone, at the end you have hair so anything else will not be problem even if there is only raw flesh bloody skin under the hair - Everyone talks about incisions like it is nothing and cannot make any scars and the truth is they do scar in receipient area and worse than the ones in the donor area - Nobody told me that there will be change in the scalp skin texture becuase of the incisions, ( i think the scalp skin is the toughest skin in the body and it is not easy to be injured and once there is injury there, it is a dead end but even the incisons cannot make scars ) - Nobody tells me that the scalp will not become smooth anymore and the hair roots will bring the attention of everyone in the room, instead they to me, i cannot distinguish betwen the natural and transplanted hair - Nobody tell me that the body reaction to scalp incisions is unpredictable and each body will react in different way, and to make it worse there is no test or at least warning there is a possibility of body reaction in wrong way. - Nobody tells me there is a chance that the surgery can trigger some skin disease such as LPP or eczema that cannot be treated - Everyne talks about small incsions and nobody care about the whole area that is going to be under knife ( so in my case the total size of injuries that i had in receipient area only is (around 280 cm and same size in donor area) and we should believe with all of those incisions there will be no scars at all be because they are small incsions, - they told me the redness will disappear in 2 months but the truth is it will continue at least 9 months and the numbness and hypersensitivity to sun or external factors can persist for years and sometime it is unbearable - they will told me there is a new technique or new machine with one of best doctor in the region and he generate the best results, but at the end it was not only scam but a crime against my body - I saw friends, collegues, celebrities have hair transplant so i want to have one thinking if they did it that means it is something safe and i can do it. so start see videos and some positive results, and then i became an easy target for this clinc - Everyone told me to do the best research to choose the best surgeon, but it seems i need more than that ( before my surgery i focus on the postivie resutls and after surgery i start see the negative results) and everyone tell me do not worry you will be happy at the end which did not happen, again even with the best research you cannot know the details, and when you see a thread related to poor repair guy like me, you start think this is even from old era or he did not choose well good surgeon. - I thought always the problem will be in the donor area and in case the hair did not grew i will get back to my old status, but that did not happen, the scalp become like a war zone The truth is the hair transplant is a barabrian surgery that they should stop marketing it like small surgery and like a dentist session, I m ready to pay any amount just to remove this nightmare from my life, i will not live properly anymore with this disfiguration. I m in 2016 and talk like the guys who did the plugs in 1990, so nothing progress, it is still the same bararian party with different tools
