Regular Member Michael Vories, MD Posted December 15, 2015 Regular Member Share Posted December 15, 2015 This patient received 3000 FUE grafts focused in the frontal forelock and hairline. It was the first step in a two step process, and this past week he had his second surgery to fill in the lateral humps and midscalp. Photos are before and six months post-op of the first procedure. All grafts harvested and placed by the physician. Dr. Mike Vories is recommended on the Hair Transplant Network
Senior Member Britanium Posted December 15, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted December 15, 2015 Nice work Dr Vories, How many grafts are you aiming for the next procedure?
Senior Member thatoldchestnut Posted December 15, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted December 15, 2015 That is about as unnatural a result as I have ever seen. Guy looks like he has a brillo pad on his head. May be purely down to hair's texture/lack of maturation but this does not look good in any way imo. I guess with another procedure and extra time for maturation it should/could change, though.
Senior Member Britanium Posted December 15, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted December 15, 2015 I reckon it will change over the next 12 months or so. Seen results before like this and they improve. As its only stage 1 i think satage 2 will help too.

Definitely a work in process. The fill of the laterally humps should bring it all together. Senior Member harin Posted December 16, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted December 16, 2015 Is this a BHT procedure or the scalp hair?, asking because the frontal hair looks a little coarse, guess once more hairs grown in it will look more natural?. Also hairline has some gaps in it, I guess since this is only 6 months post op more growth to come?. My Thread:
