The first photograph shows a side by side view surgeons view before and immediately after surgery. Her Hairline was lowered 2.75 cm, which is equivalent to approximately 3500 follicular unit grafts. The patient is seen in the last three comparison photographs before, next day and 14 months post operation. She may choose to have future grafts to the right side cowlick.
