Strip Scar Magic....

This client had a strip scar that stretched a bit and he desired to buzz his head with a zero guard. We did our best to make his scar disappear....

Thanks CD and Win! His scar was a bit deceptive actually--flat in most places but a bit bumpy in others. He did not get optimal growth from his HTs (2 of them in the early 90s I think) unfortunately and it would be too thin to make a decent aesthetic change. He is considering SMP for the rest of his scalp as well.

  • 2 weeks later...

Hi There

Great work

I am looking forward to a Similar SMP Session in my scar next week over here in Europe.

Also a Milena Lardi trained Provider

Just a quick question on hair length: i would like to have a 2mm shaved Head After The treatment. Do you think this Works or is already too Long, given The fact that The scar will only be 2D?

What is The Max hair lenght you would consider?

Thx for your views

Cheers

Hi Hodipo,

Usually we recommend clients shave down with no/zero guard on their buzzer as it really helps blend the SMP with the native hair stubble. That being said, this particular client originally had his hair longer. (I'm attaching a picture). Without seeing your scar/situation it is somewhat tough for me to give an accurate opinion. You can certainly try a 2mm buzz, though.

Searched The net all over and it seems Results can go from 0% to 100%

hairthere,

Every time I see SMP pics like this, I get tempted to get some work done on my own scar. Now, my scar is relatively thin, but sometimes I think it would be nice to be able to trim the hair on the sides and back of my head a little shorter without any signs of a scar.

What do you think you can do for me?

Bill

"What do you think you can do for me?"

Hey Bill,

How short were you looking to wear your hair? When you get a chance send me some pictures of your scar info@smplooks.com and I can give you a better idea of what we can do.
