How much difference is there really between 6 month and 12 month post op?

I know people say you should see about 50% of your result at 6 months, but I'm curious to hear from people who have actually had HTs and their mileage. Did you find your results doubled from the 6 month mark?

This is a good question and you can find lots of photographic documentation on our patient created Hair Loss Websites. Most of the guys that maintain these sites post monthly updates.

The link to mine is in my signature and I posted monthly updates with pics for my first 2 hair transplants through one full years. I'm now doing the same with my third.

Everybody is different and every transplant seems to be different. I remember after one transplant I had great results by six months, but then a little shedding around 9 months, but then grew in even stronger at 12 months. Hair is always changing!

Mine was like night and day. I'd even say from month 11 to month 12 was a big difference for me.

2,000 grafts FUT Dr. Feller, July 27th 2012. 23 years old at the time. Excellent result. Need crown sorted eventually but concealer works well for now.

Propecia and minoxidil since 2010. Fine for 8 years - bad sides after switching to Aindeem in 2018.

Switched to topical fin/minox combo from Minoxidil Max in October 2020, along with dermarolling 1x a week.
