Senior Member hairthere Posted March 27, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted March 27, 2015 Your SMP clinic should have provided you with detailed aftercare instructions. I am the owner/operator of AHEAD INK a Scalp Micropigmentation Company in Fort Lee, New Jersey. www.aheadink.com
Senior Member scar5 Posted March 28, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted March 28, 2015 Not much knowledge, but I would suggest that any skin puntures should be hidden from the sun for a while - 2-4 weeks. There will be-should be- significant change after 4-5 weeks, as the surface ink dissapears and the deeper ink tales a more opaque tone. You might notice some blueish/silverish areas or blotches. Some will go away, some are an indication of the unevenes of SMP and might stay. Lets say they add character to your SMP.
