Yes you can sleep with it on. I keep mine on for 2 to 3 weeks before removing, cleaning thoroughly and reattaching. The length of time you want it on will depend on a few factors including the bond you pick.

you can style it while wearing, just like styling your own hair.

post photos of your situation (you can email me if you want more privacy) for advice or find a company willing to give free impartial advice. Avoid clinics and hair clubs.

It can make a real difference to your life, but you need to think carefully about it to get the best results.

Want to ask one thing: when you do heavy workout in the gym, does the hair system cause any itching due to accumulation of sweat?

And is possible to order hair system from another country and get it fixed from some stylist in your country?

I have a lace system. It lets the sweat evaporate so no build up. On Saturday I burnt 1600 calories over 3 hours and on Sunday 800 calories at the gym and no itch.

Sometimes when you don't expect it like at home in bed, it will need an itch and you just itch it and its fine. Its like scratching you own hair (with lace at least). It behaves very much like your scalp would.

You can order from any country and get it fitted in your home country as long as you have someone there to do it.

Hi Grincher

How would I go about finding a reputable salon near me (Heathrow side of London)?

I'm keen to order the piece from the same place you do, but I really want to make sure there's a good salon nearby that I can rely on - at least for the first few times.

Thanks.

The salon I visited was in Marble Arch / West London area. The guy there was excellent and just charged for a regular cut. I felt very comfortable.

You will need to contact the supplier to find out if there is closer. Its quite specialist and in the end its worth visiting an experienced stylist even if it means travelling there 45 mins.

you had an intense 3 hour workout with a system on your head......I don't buy it. Well let me rephrase. You might have done the work out, but you certainly would be reattaching or cleaning glue off your hairline after that.

Ok you got me!!

It wasnt once, its been many occasions. In fact, I regularly go 5 times a week for 1.5 hour run/cycle without any problems AND I dont have to reattach the glue after it.

I notice no difference now and the times I wasnt active at the gym. I get a 3 week hold even if I do 15 gym trips.

Whether you buy it or not isnt important to me as I have no interest in those that want to where or not. Just passing on my experience, which I hope will help someone realise there are no ghosts (gremlins) in the machine when it comes to carrying on a normal (even more active) life than when you (general you) hide under caps fearful of society :)

Hey man, didnt mean to come off as hating. If you're living happy with your system that is great! I truly believe each person should explore every hair loss solution out there and decide what works for them.

Wearing a system got me out of depression but overall didn't work out for me. Maybe I should have explored other system or adhesive options. Because if there is an adhesive out there letting you get 15 gym trips in thats awesome!

For the record, with my last system style, hold wasn't really an issue. But the glue bleeding through and getting messy in the hairs along the hairline was a real issue for me.

I agree buddy. Explore everything that makes you happy and hopefully you will find the best for you.

I use the tape and only have "bleeding" issues if I have it on for more than 3-weeks. I tried liquid glue twice and both times I didnt like it.
