Obviously is a difficult case and can be treated (or not) in different ways. The objective is to achieve an homogeneous coverage, knowing that he is not going to cover, but without any trace of the surgery. They know we are going to see the skin, but can be achieved without scars, been natural?

Difficult case to judge. I gotta believe Lorenzo wouldn't have taken on this patient if he didn't think he could produce a cosmetic improvement. Based on the pics so far, however, I think the doc should have passed on this one, but will reserve judgment for now.

I don't see what is so amazing about this at all? Is it because it's from Dr. Lorenzo? I don't know about this forum, it seems that people are pretty bias on here.

 

If the last posted pics are the final result, I might agree with you, but I believe it's a work in progress, so i'm withholding judgment until we see the completed case.

I guess what is amazing to me, at least, is that Dr Lorenzo was able to extract a lot of grafts out of a poor donor without leaving a pockmarked donor area. I think we can all agree that the patient will not get full coverage, but if he can get a natural looking result that reduces the harshness of the original look, I think it would benefit him.

Excellent results so far ... And no scaring so this dude will have the option to buzz his head , imagine if some of these butchers around had done the work , and hed have been covered in white dots , just shows again why dr lorenzo is the king of fue . Just wish his prices were a bit more affordable only another €4000 to save for me !!
